Palais Namaskar

I recently stayed at Palais Namaskar and was extremely impressed with their prompt and efficient service. Due to a change in my flight schedule, I needed to modify my reservation, and the hotel staff handled it seamlessly.

They provided transportation from the airport and responded very quickly to all my requests, whether via email or phone. The team was always professional and accommodating. From the moment of check-in to our departure, they were extraordinary, helping us with restaurant reservations and ensuring our stay was perfect.

The accommodation is exceptional, and the entire staff operates at a very high level. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend Palais Namaskar. Congratulations to the management team for running such an outstanding hotel.

WOW, just wow! This place is absolutely stunning and perfect for a wedding. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, everything looked & felt luxurious. I was blown away and would go back in a heartbeat!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view from my room was breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience during their stay.

May three day stay at Palais Namaskar was extraordinary. I arrived at twilight. From the moment I walked among the candle lit paths above the water, it felt other worldly.

The rooms are extraordinarily well appointed, and your room’s private pool is a must have experience outside under the stars.

A real palace !The place is out of this world! The lush gardens and the surrounding areas are inspired by fairytale! No words to describe the high quality service and the attentive staff.

We stayed there in February for a short 4 night break via BA holidays. We were so pleased to have found this true oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh.

The hotel has only 41 rooms on the stunning estate and felt very luxurious and relaxing without too many guests to intrude on your holiday. The restaurant was lovely in beautiful jewelled tone furnishings and decadent curtains framing high ceilings and glass chandeliers.

What stood out here was the service - excellent from the moment we arrived and at all touch points. Mohammed checked us in beside the impressive reflecting pool and took care of every need. The restaurant staff were so helpful and we had several delicious meals inside the restaurant as well as poolside. Rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Spa staff were experienced and excellent. We had a rental car which was valet every evening and ready for us when we had to leave.

We often stay at luxury properties in Asia and the service at Palais Namaskar was certainly in line with the best of the best. We occasionally had power outages in the area but there are sufficient backup lights and lamps which run on a separate circuit to allow for some light and rather lovely ambiance. The reflection pool and around the hotel is also dotted with candled lanterns making for a magical feel throughout the property. Their staff will also make log fires in your room for you whenever you need and the pools and plunge pool are kept scrupulously clean every day.

The food standard is also very impressive here with refined dishes, generous portions and all served by well trained and helpful smiling staff. We had fresh spring rolls, perfectly cooked fish and lovely salads which were served with style and tasty as well as beautiful.

Other important things to note: good water pressure in the HUGE showers, beds were large and perfectly firm (not too hard not too soft) and one of the best sleeps we have had in a hotel - for that alone we would return! Bathroom amenities include conditioner. Curtains for the walls of windows were blackout thereby allowing you to sleep longer. And there is a good turndown service every evening.

There will always be little hiccups during a stay but the helpful attitude of the staff and their genuine regard for their guests really smooths over any minor issues.

The hotel is about 30 mins from the city centre and we drove out for dinner and excursions almost every day. The staff are helpful with making reservations for you and giving guidance on parking and logistics.

An outing where the plan was to have coffee and taste their desserts. The place is luxurious with great taste and vibe. Indian décors with pillars, running soothing water in the backgrounds. The staff is top notch! We will be back.

This visit was to celebrate the marriage of two people dear to me. I was amazed by the beauty of the grounds which created an amazing backdrop to this special occasion. My visit lasted several days during which I was not disappointed by the professionalism of the staff nor the magnificent meals.

My wife and I visited the Palais in November. The hotel, atmosphere, location and the room were all luxurious and wonderful.
The hotel is a bit outside of Marrakesh but its easily reachable with the taxi or the limousine service which the hotel offers.
A word of praise to Mohamed the assistant manager, as well as the other employees which made our stay great.
A few more words to Mohamed though. Mohamed strived to make my wife’s and mine time in the Palais even better.
After listening to our complaints regarding the limited space for the hotel owned macaws, he made sure to increase the size of the cage, so that the space is now species appropriate.
He even sent me pictures: The cage looks great now. Thank you very much, Mohamed.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the world. The hotel grounds are stunning and the rooms are large and we'll designed, especially the pool villa. Things are generally expensive for Morocco, but fairly priced for the quality vs. I've also stayed at La Mamounia, which is also great hotel, but charges a significant premium vs. what you're getting.

OK first off let me say how beautiful the property is, we celebrated my sister‘s 29th birthday with a cooking class and Mohammed took such amazing care of us it is so hard to even explain the appreciation for him. He truly went above and beyond for us that day, he made my sister feel so special. The entire staff was amazing nothing that we asked was too much for them. I will come back and stay at the hotel next time, only if Mohammed is still the assistant manager and treating people like royalty.

Where do we start... we can't say enough good things about Palais Namaskar! They have done an amazing job from start to finish.

No detail has been overlooked, it's a testament to the fact that you can have a stunning hotel in a beautiful location and still set yourself miles apart with amazing staff and second to none service. From the moment we arrived back in early June, we were made to feel so special by Mr Boubker, Jihane and Laila.

Everyone had a smile on their faces right from the reception team down to the restaurant staff. After a few hours, my fiance and I quickly knew that this was the only place we wanted to have the most special day of our lives.

Our Indian wedding ceremony took place over 2 days and took place in these incredible settings last weekend. We were surrounded by 200 of our nearest and dearest and blessed with the most pleasant of climates. It was simply breathtaking, it surpassed anything we dreamt of.

Last but not least, Chef Khalid and his arsenal of restaurant staff totally blew us away with the mouth watering spread of over 75 vegetarian dishes!

We cannot praise and thank our family at Palais Namaskar enough for all their hard work and efforts in making sure our wedding day was the most special days of our lives. We will be forever grateful for the memories you have helped us to create.

What a great place . We received a great upgrade of our room to a beautiful villa with heated pool , beautiful and magnificent surrounding .absolute must go when visiting marrakesh . Great service and friendly staff .

Palais namaskar is a modern luxury hotel. We had some issues on the first night but the staff made everything possible to fix and remedy the situation. The villas are extremely private and tranquil. The service is next to none. Best Luxury hotel I stayed in, in Marrakech.

Simply amazing. Staff and hotel were lovely. We were upgraded to our own private Riad (Villa) ..was quiet, relaxing and luxurious.

It is a 30 min drive form the medina but it is totally worth it. One of the most beautiful hoteles I have ever been to, be sure to get there before sun down. The restaurante is also amazing!
