Dots Bay House

I had a great time in Dots, the location is amazing and so handy, just few steps from the beach, the restaurant, cafe and the dorm are high standard, super clean with everything you need. High attention to detail from Shafni, the manager. Always willing to help in every possible way and going above and beyond to make everyone happy. All the staff is amazing, so nice and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help and for being so friendly. Will definitely come back!

THE BEST place in Hiriketiya for SO MANY reasons!!!!!
- excellent food and drinks are just a by-product
- excellent staff and quick professional service
- they regularly have live music with an incredible vibe
- right in front of the beach
- super clean bathrooms
- but the BEST bit about Dots is that they are SUSTAINABLE & locally sourced and staffed!!!! Check out their website for all the details. They have their own farm and aim to be 100% self sustainable!! ZERO PLASTIC!! ♥

This place is very nice! People are really nice and friendly. A little paradise in Hiriketiya (and in front of the beach 😍).
All food are really good. Also drinks. I did not stay at the hotel so I don’t know about rooms.

They make a lot of events: parties, musical show,… Come enjoy this place!

Great location, great service, good rooms but there isn’t a lock in the dorm which was fine given its secluded area but could have been better without non-dorm room guests using the bathroom. Staff members were fantastic. Great pool and the BBQ was amazing.

Everything at Dots was even better than I expected, no wonder I’d had 10 separate recommendations from different friends to stay there! I would give 10 stars if I could 😊
The staff make you feel like family immediately and are always smiling (which is infectious), the breakfasts were incredible (I still can’t believe they were included), the location is fantastic (less than a minute to the beach), the aesthetic is beautiful (including a stunning yoga space), and the dorm concept is brilliant - you have your own little cabin, so you have privacy and your own space (but with the price of a hostel).

I stayed at Dots and Bay for almost a week. I’d come to this place after have an extremely horrible experience in one of the hotels nearby.

The room was neat. The people were generous and warm. The food was amazing. And I loved the vibe and music.

Yoga, food and coffee. I spent a week at Hiriketiya Beach and I went to Dots everyday. I did 5 yoga class and absolutely loved the instructors and studio. Sue gave me that extra push I needed. Her class varies from day to day and its welcome to all levels, she checks in with everybody and you can really go for it if need too! All the yoga instructors and the staff at Dots are lovely. Great coffee and breakfast too.

Went to this place as a day trip that we planned as it was located right next to surfing area in Hiriketiya beach. The service they provide was excellent. We had some Pizza, beer and passion fruit juice. They were all presented in a great way and delicious as well. Highly recommended.

My favorite place to hang out in hiriketiya! Such a great environment to work, eat or just relax. The whole team is super friendly and attentive. I spent 4 days here and didn’t wanted to leave.

Really lively restaurant/bar - we came for the reggae night on a Saturday. £6 entry but worth it. Band was really funky and there was good food. Pool table as well.

Great place, very nice staff and amazing coffee! And delicious food.. We came for two nights in a row, it has a cool vibe and really nice music!

Fantastic food (both breakfast and lunch/ dinner), kind staff and good location. Our room was a bit small (not really space left to store your luggage for example) but very clean. Would definitely recommend!

We went for brunch after the surf lesson.Good location, good food , good coffee with alternate milk choice. I had almond milk coffee (it was sweetened, but too sweet) but happy to have the option!

Easy with kids lots of space, pool table.

Tried to take a tuk standing outside the place because it was raining and they were trying fleece us asking for 1000rs for about 300 meters tuk ride.

We spent a week at Dots and could not have been happier at this place. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding!!!Everyone went out and beyond to help us and cater to our needs, specially with a 3 toddler. Staff was extremely kind and friendly!

We stayed at Dot's Bay for 3 nights with a group. The hostel was very clean and beautiful. On the last day a delicious BBQ was organized with great live music. The staff is always there for you with a smile. Highly recommended!

Just stayed in Dots for 3 nights and it was absolutely faultless.

Food was amazing - great range, great price and excellent service.

Room was lovely, clean and everything we needed.

Location by the beach could not be beaten, 1 minute walk from bedside to the surf.

They have perfected the laid back surf house vibe but combined with high end food and service all for a very reasonable price.

We have changed our plans to return in the next few weeks.

What a great location, the hospitality was next level and our group got such a warm welcome. We loved our time in the yoga shala, the live music and the tacos 🌮

We went to Dots for dinner and a couple of drinks. Gaya and his colleagues helped us very well with our orders, and the food was excellent. We had the biryani and a vegetarian pizza, which were both good. Nice atmosphere as well.

Hi came to dots for a coffee and chill. The vibe was great coffee was amazing!! Staff are very friendly. And the view out to the surf is so cool. Definitely recommend this place.
