Kadena Arts & Crafts

I absolutely love the craft store on Kadena! My favorite part being the mud factory. My family and I have spent so many hours on overly hot days or during power outages painting and its always a fun experience. The prices are super reasonable as well. The craft store itself has a good selection of products and items on offer that would impress any crafter. They also do sublimation and made to order plaques. Theres a balloon store and framing store also located on the premises. The staff are always friendly and helpful especially the mud factory employees. Definitely recommend stopping by to check it out!

I'm so thankful for Kadena Arts and Crafts! They have a great selection of items, both decor and of course art supplies. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have a nice variety of classes going on all the time, many of them Japan/ Okinawa themed. They host art contests and cultural art events like Craftchella. They are just doing the most and I'm so happy to be a very small part of it!

I brought a broken frame to frameworks inside the craft center. They weren't able to repair it, but gave me tons of options for new custom frames to fit my photo.

The services offered here are amazing, from a state of the art woodshop that I've never seen on a military base before, to a clay working shop, to laser etching and engraving, to a frame shop, you can pretty much make whatever you set your mind to. The pre-made arts and crafts items see definitely overpriced, so make use of the other facilities to make your own!

Great Party Place in the back for party balloons. Nice staff.

Probably the only other spot to get cheaper art supplies vs Green Note in Ginowan.
Has many other functions within: paint pottery, frame, wood classes and where you sign up for paint classes. There is a list of the classes at the entrance too.
