The ladies where great! I was torn between a normal pump vs the hands free. And I ended up woth one that can be both. So excited to use it soon! They where very knowledgeable. Can't wait to continue to go to them for any questions or help.

JANZ helped my wife and I get all of the supplies we needed. They were very friendly and were even able to find our prescriptions from our store all the way in Guam.

The staff are always very nice helpful. I appreciate the reminder email when it’s time for my resupply of items.

I've contacted both PCM and Tricare who verifies that the referral authorization is sufficient, yet JANZ will not take the form because they claim they can "only provide the machine" [sic.] and not any of the tubing, mask, and misc supplies that come with it. I thought going with a local supplier would result in me getting medical help sooner, but I'm mistaken and disappointed. I'm advised by tricare to simply switch providers to not deal with JANZ's nonsensical bureaucracy.
