Came in for new boots for my wife and left with more. They had an amazing sale going on and all the selection we needed, but the service is the notable line item from this trip. Kalysha took time to check in on us, make us aware of the sale, point out other options of the size boots my wife was looking at, and give recommendations. In the retail industry, where customer service often takes a back seat, Kalysha was a breath of fresh air.

Literally the best customer service I've ever had. The moment I walk into the store, everytime, I get a "hello" and "can I help you find something".

In the times we live in where people work towards doing the barest of bare minimums because "they don't pay me enough", that means a lot.

The lady today knew exactly where the boots I was looking for were at, stood by and waited to make sure I was happy with the fit, and then wouldn't let me carry the box to the register. Up until I was all paid up, she was still providing customer service.

Seriously, it's the small touches like that. Even capable to putting a smile on someone's face and helping to brighten up their day.

Great selection of gear at very reasonable prices. As a visiting Canadian Service Member it was good to have a place that had a good selection of patches that we just can't get back home. The staff were friendly and helpful.
