I came here for the first time and I will be returning the next time I need my hair cut. The salon itself has a chic interior and the staff are very professional. Everyone was very nice and my stylist ( Ryo) did a wonderful job. I like my hair short and asymmetrical and Ryo was able to find the perfect shapes and angles to compliment my facial features.

I did my haircut at SKNOW while I was traveling to Sapporo. Without knowing much about the salon, I was unsure what would happen. The manager assigned Shota Mitsuhashi as my stylist. He did an amazing job advising a style that fits me well and did my haircut. He is absolutely professional! I had fairly long hair but he managed to finished it within about an hour. I am very happy about the final result. Definitely recommend SKNOW and Mr. Mitsuhashi to everyone who wants a haircut in Sapporo.

Two words: Absolutely phenomenal! Always could depend on Tomoya to give me the best cut and styling advise back when he stayed in Vancouver, and was so chocked to see him go back. Of course, as soon as I booked my flight to Japan I knew I had to pay him a surprise visit. Different country, different salon, but the same hearty laugh and an even better experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Tomoya Nakatsuka

Happen to randomly rock up for a haircut as I needed one badly. Was nervous at first as I did not speak a word of english and wondered how would I be handled. The place had a receptionist that spoke decent english so It was a great start.

I was assigned to Tomoya as my stylist. Glad my random pick salon paid off. He is one of the few japanese I came across that can speak decent english. Explained meticulously what he was gonna do to my hair and took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the cut and perm process. I was also constantly made sure by him that my hair was treated nicely. Was really happy with the end result

Highly recommend for hair dresser Tomoya, got several hairdye in Vancouver from Tomoya and he's always so amazed to turn me into a new fresh look, without bleaching my hair, he is very willing to hear your opinion and turn you into whatever you wish to look without even a bleach. I am a tourist from Singapore, coming to Sapporo for the first time. My hair treatment at Sknow was wonderful. I was served by hairstylist Tomoya Nakatsuka. He was polite, patient and able to treat even damaged and frizzy hair skilfully. I feel like a princess after the hair session! If you want magic, go to Tomoya Nakatsuka. He even lent me his mobile wifi when I was trying to contact my daughter who was meeting me for dinner as my router was dead. A charming guy with good manners and a sensual smile too.
