What an amazing chocolate factory / theme park! The entrance was so cute and the service staff were all so friendly. The entire place looks like it came out of a Willy Wonka movie.

Only caveat was that it is quite a walk from the nearest train station. It doesn’t help that it was paved with melting snow which made it hard to walk with a stroller.

Merchandise was also great. They had a photo station that you could print your own cookie boxes!

10/10 worth a visit.

Good free place for couples and kids. Very romantic place with winter majestic atmosphere. They sell delicious cream buns for 350yen, recommended! Also you may take beautiful pictures there, hey they have many locations for that. Moreover, there is a chocolate factory there, which you can visit for 800yen, not bad, but little boring as for me. Parking is 300yen/hour, but if you visit the factory, you may get a discount

4 of us went on a Saturday while there was free admission for Valentine's Day if you were a couple. Very sweet and we were given small gifts and coupons. The tour was fun and we also had the chocolate fondue and dessert tower. It was very delicious and we would recommend ordering.

It is a very good place for kids. You are able to see the cookie/chocolate production line,to understand how the cookies been made.

there is also a cafeteria inside the main building. I highly recommend the ice cream.

Also there is a small park next to the main factory campus also. kids are able to cosplay many characters there.

If you never been here, plan half day to visit here would be nice.

A magical place of one of the most famous chocolate manufacturers, which expressed its intention to spread joy and bring people together through the making of their brand of chocolate.

Fairytale-themed park, historical museum, and tasty delicacies all in one 🪄✨

Worth visiting 💯%

PS - The price for the museum is 800yen, which includes an entry ticket, a parking discount in one of their associated parking lots, and a piece of their shiroikoibito chocolate biscuit

The park is very cute and beautifully designed and the chocolate was very good. It also has a Cafe with really good desserts. Don't buy the chocolate at the factory itself though, you get it a lot cheaper everywhere else in Hokkaido.

I last came here around a decade ago. The place has been slightly renovated and more enjoyable.

The gardens are still as fanciful and enjoyable.

Do look out for the timings for the ‘carnival’ at the main garden and do note the museum is different from the carpark of main lobby building, although it is side by side

Fun, interactive place to understand the evolution of this confectionery from Hokkaido. You can also observe the factory, and get hands on experience decorating your own confectionery (additional charges apply).

The outdoor play park was also thoughtfully crafted.

Great experience for children and adults alike. Free entry if you’re just touring the grounds and the gift shop, lots of opportunities for photos outside. If you decide to pay to enter, you’ll be able to hear the story, see the assembly line, and attend workshops.

A must-visit in Sapporo! Explore the free outdoor areas or opt for the paid sections to delve into the history of Shiroi Kobito chocolate biscuits and witness the impressive manufacturing lines. The meticulous work by dedicated employees reflects the confidence in their product. Ample parking is also available for visitors who drive.

Good attraction place to bring with children. They have chocolate factory and also several attractions here related to chocolate. One of the merit here is that they have Muslim prayer room on the second floor of the black building, just ask the staff where it is. The demerit here is that the chocolate itself is not yet halal or Muslims friendly. Hopefully they also provide halal chocolate too.

Shiroi Koibito Park a chocolate themed park based at the factory producing the famous shiroi koibito cookies. The experience here is better than I anticipated. They have a self-guided museum and factory production line tour as well as a few restaurants, a cafe, a bakery shop , & a gift shop. The chocolate products & desserts here are exceptionally good and just make you feel happy!

Delightful theme park with cuteness all over it- mini houses, little bridges n colourful gardens decorated with cute statues n animated dolls n wildlife. Quite a fun place for the kids n probably nice to bring your sweetheart here for a stroll too. There’s a chocolate factory reminiscent of Willie Wonka’s with interesting displays, interactive pastry kitchens, beautiful tea cafe that offer nice ices n cakes etc all perfect for a nice high tea. Also a separate food cafe that serves up great grub in a jiffy. Prices are reasonable but note that u would need to pay for the Choco factory tour but that’s fair as there’s no charge to enjoy the interesting n wonderful garden with all the beautiful displays. Architecture is reminiscent of the European era n not typically Japanese. It’s a short walk from the train station so no worries as to transportation n also there’s ample parking if one is driving. After the tour there’s lots of souvenirs to pick up plus of course tons of chocs with endless choice 👍👍

Really beautiful even in the winter when the garden isn’t blooming. Quite a few places dedicated to taking photos. There’s also a toy parade show every 30mins.

Love this place! Make sure to try their cream puffs and ice cream! Their hot chocolate is heavenly too!
Check the time of their park, we arrived late and it was almost close.

This is a cute little park near the chocolate factory. The tour is 1000¥, and includes a little cookie. The tour is pretty funny and at the end, they have a cafe with delicious treats. I recommend coming more in the evening to see the lights in the park. In the cafe, there's also a great view of Sapparo.

The famous White Chocolate factory is a good place for all to visit. There are several areas to walk together with a show that you can enjoy in the premises. It is definitely worth spending at least half a day here

This park is beautiful and very interesting, and it would be great for a family outing. It is like a wonderland for children as there are various mechanisms of figurines on display. Accompanying by catching music and movements, just great for photography and entertainment. As for flowers lovers, especially roses, you be awed by varieties of scented roses in the pavilion. Besides, roses there are other flowers like tulips during this season.....spring. I think you will see the outdoor roses in full bloom by the beginning of summer here.....plenty of them! This park is really well maintained and safe to walk around. Do visit and patronise their products like chocolates and biscuits in the main building before leaving. The bakery there has awesome pastries, I hope you like them as I do!
