The best place ever to buy electronics. I bought a NikonD7500 for my dad and got it for a great price. I also bought other stuff like powerbanks, cables, mobile accessories, camera bags, and etc. And there is just plenty to choose from.

The staff is nice and kind , we have kids , the staff can spend over 5 mins to find trolley for us ! Very helpful and we are so appreciate!
All stuff are trained, if you show them photos they will find the product for you ! It’s a good shop ! Love it

Tax free shop to find cosmetics, wear, shoe all in one roof for 9 floor. Ramen take 1 whole level. Rice big bowl JPY1100.

Big store and lots of selection. We managed to buy all the souvenirs here. The lady at the checkout was so lovely and waited very patiently for me to find my passport. The service here was amazing. We’ve been to several BIC CAMERA stores and this was by far the best. You can shop without bumping into people and anything you can think of, they have it.

A very big department store. We visited Uniqlo, price cheaper than in Manila. Nice restaurants as well on the 10 th floor. Since we’ve been eating a lot of japanese food already, we decided to eat at an Italian resto. Their four cheese pizza tastes good!

My best shopping plaza in Sapporo. I got everything in my list here, even not in the list. Been here 7 days in roll.

Gigantic store with a little of everything or a LOT of everything depending on what you are looking for. Nothing quite like it in the WEST.

I recommend buying everything here if you can as they offer tax free and extra 5% off if you pay by big brand credit cards. They have all the electronics, contact lenses, cosmetics and drug store products you need.

Wanted to get a step down converter to use Japanese appliances and despite the language barrier, the assistance provided by BIC camera was excellent. They took their time to thoroughly check that the converter could be used with my hot sand maker.

Like several other electronics/electrical shops, the range is mind boggling. Standout is the camera section, if you're still inclined, almost every make and model is available for testing.

The foreigners have to go there. Many items in BIC are cheaper than outside ex. Anello, cosmetic, stationary and more.

Had a great experience there.

Went to sign up for a sim card after being shafted with my prior company (ordered online and had shipped to me during quarantine. The sim refused to work, had to eat the sign up costs).

They have sims on had to test which one you have and if it is comparable, and the girl I had answered all my questions the best she could given the language barrier (I don't speak japanese).

She even helped me with questions about internet in my apartment (something they don't sell/offer), but went to ask over a dozen co-workers for advice/tips from around the area (and even other business stalls not related to Bic) to give me some advice.

Overall, a fantastic experience.

This place is huge, use the signs by the escalators to find what floor to go to. Don't be afraid to ask for help, even if the staff don't speak English they'll do their best to help you.

Bring your passport with you if you're foreign, they offer tax free purchasing if you spend over ¥5000.

It is a home for any electrical items. You can buy anything there.

Can buy a lot of stuff there. I saved a lot by buying my acuvue contact lenses there. They have promotions if u buy 8 boxes. Can buy my facial products there at the same time. Use their coupons for more discounts.
