Breathtaking view of Sapporo city. Not crowded and opened in winter. Free parking with a vending machine with hot drinks.

The park is nice and free. Just a short walk from the parking lot, you can enjoy a good view of Sapporo. The cafe and restrooms open at 10am-5pm.

I have enjoyed this wonderful park through each of the four seasons. Whether listening to the birds of Spring or observing silence while watching falling snow in Winter, this place is perfect for overlooking Sapporo.

A nice tidy park with great views of the city and lots of walking tracks including access to the Moiwa Yama hiking track.

It is very close, just a short walk from the parking lot and souvenir shop. Below the hill slope, there is a fountain from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Sapporo. The scenery is splendid.

Amazing views of Sapporo at night. A must visit! No entry fees as it is public park.

Best place to see the view of Sapporo. A lot of visitors are people who are taking their dogs for a walk. Recommend going there in the evening to see the city basked in the setting sun, or at night to see the sparkling lights of the city night life.

You’ll have the widest Sapporo city view from the top of this park. And you can come next to the top by car(climbing of 50 stairs or so).
The night view is stunning.
This is a historical park.

If you have a little time to have a lunch, why don't you come here? Free parking, some hiking courses you love. There is a treking course to Mt.Moiwa here.
