Kadena AB, Bldg 507 - Shogun Inn

We are PCSing in with pet and after 3 weeks I can tell you this is the best TLQ we have been in and we have 40 years of moves under our belts.

The room we stayed in smelled like urine was spilled all over the carpet.

Is what it is

Too much mold, allergies going crazy.

ZERO STARS!!!! Wouldn’t even stay here for free!!! Absolutely appalling!!! Deployed member here and I’d rather be in a tent in the sandbox again than in these rooms. From the constant brown water coming out of the faucets to never ending shower/room mold, to having to double up with 1 person sleeping on a very horrible sofa bed. Charging us both full rate for 1 of us to rent a sofa bed is absolutely insane!!!! Having to room with a complete stranger in a tiny room for months on end…especially when bigger, more accommodating rooms on the first floor remain empty and used for storage!!! Literally one of the worst living situations because at least in the tents in tent cities, you had a cot in a sectioned off space to yourself. Zero privacy!!! An absolutely miserable experience for over 90 days!!!!
