Easy to use laundry facility, and easy to find on the street. It is open from 0600-2300 . The machines take 100 Yen coins. There is a money changing machine that accepts 500 Yen coins and 1,000 Yen bills. You can fit two wash loads into a dryer. They also have washer-dryer combination machines. There is free Wi-Fi, 7 chairs, and a Manga book library. There are also baskets with wheels to move your laundry between machines. This place is a block from the #58 bus stop. The neighborhood is in a good area. There are lots of instructions in English, but Google Translate was also helpful reading each machine. We did two wash loads for 400 Yen each, then combined the loads in a big dryer. It only cost 200 Yen to dry it all, in 18 minutes. Total cost - 1,000 Yen for two loads.

Perfect laundromat! Very clean, not busy, had a money exchange machine, vending machine right outside the door, trash and recycling receptacles, a folding area, sink for washing hands, rolling baskets, a table and chairs, TV, and a bookcase with a large variety of reading materials. We’ve had bad experiences with machines that have both washing and drying all-in-one, so we were very happy to be able to do all of our laundry in a separate washer and dryer and everything came out nice and clean and fully dry! It was affordable and easy!

Great facility. Helpful English instructions, tables to fold and organise. Free WiFi, books, a coin exchange to break notes. The dryer is effective and the wash & dry cycle on the other machine also works well and the clothes don’t need to go into an extra dry cycle.

Clean, bright and spacious area. It's the best laundromat compared to other I've visited in other parts of Japan on vacation in spring.

After being sick of the high prices and low volume allowed in our hotel laundries we came here out of desperation. It was well worth the walk! There are English instructions all over the place. The owner came out and helped us and was very friendly! His English was fantastic too! Would recommend it for tired travellers.

Car nevigation couldn't find the address on google map. So I put the address of nearby hotel and arrived there.
I had trouble using a machine of them, and made phone call. Even though it was snowy, a man(owner of service theam) came to the store very soon.
Actually the machine had no problem. I misunderstood the manual of how to use. However the man was consistently keeping kindness.
I was happy and I am grateful to good store and the person.

Very clean and extremely easy to use. There are English instructions and the Wash/Dry combo machines are a breeze to use. You don’t need to add soap or softener as these machines are fully automated. The hours are 24/7 except a small window Sunday nights to do cleaning. My favorite part was the drum cleaning button so you don’t have to worry about getting a dirty machine to clean your clothes.

Lovely place as a stopover to do your long overdue laundry. There are three types of machines. These ones have the washing cycles only. The one at the back (red ones) have the washing and drying cycles. This place has English instructions so it’s easy to follow. I suspected the ones at the back with the heating cycle can’t be stopped and opened after washing cycle so we do washing and drying separately. Washing liquid and softener are automatically dispatched by the machines. There are two parking spaces in front.

The owner is nice and he has a cute little dog. Nice experience!

So surprised how quickly these machines run! <4kg washed in 40 mins for 800¥ & dried in 9 mins for 100¥. Instructions are available in English, easily understood and friendly owner available for questions. Cheers!

Perfect for travelers. Soap is included in the wash and instructions in English are provided. 1000 yen for small/medium wash and dry.

Was staying a Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo and this place is about Ann easy 10 minute walk. Signage on how to use in English and soap is included. Area is safe and well lit. Will come here again.

The owner happened to be here to help me when I arrived. She was very friendly. The washing machine that I used is amazing! It is a washing machine and dryer combined. No soap was needed because it was automatically supplied in the machine itself. The cost was 1,000 yen and it took an hour to complete. It's the Sanyo machine with the red ring. English instructions posted on the wall.
