Such a lovely friendly place to stay. Made us feel really welcomed. Delicious food. Rooms were comfortable and lovely hot showers available.Definitely worth staying here

Little Petra is a perfect spot to stay when visiting Petra. The village is still an authentic place where locals are living, with donkeys, dromedaries and dogs in every street and kids playing everywhere. The village is located 10 minutes by car from the main access to Petra, and super close to Little Petra. We have been sleeping in a triple room with shared bathroom: the room was simple and basic in terms of forniture, what you would expect by a hostel. The shared bathroom is clean and the hot water works fine.
What worth the price is having food prepared by the family here: we had both dinner and breakfast in the main tent: maqluba, hummus, potatoes with meatballs, lentils soup and a delicious salad with tahini, this is what we had for dinner (10 JOD p.p.); breakfast as well was a series of many dishes to share, with an egg kind of tortilla, hummus, yogurt, date syrup, vegetables, jam, halwa, olives and much more (for 7.5 JOD p.p.).
Great service, both owner and wife are really welcoming and nice, overall price absolutely ok (52 JOD for a double room one night including breakfast and dinner). Super recommended!

We are so happy that we were recommended Happy Bedouin House and didn't have to stay in the touristic Wadi Musa resort. This homestay is such a warm and welcoming place. It is basic but very clean. There's an option to order any meal of the day. We had dinner and it was delicious. The owner Khaled is so kind and friendly, answered all our questions and gave us so many great tips. We especially enjoyed the tea drinking evenings with his family and friends. Simply a great place for any travellers looking for something authentic.

Khaled and Wafa are very kind, the food is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, the shared bathrooms are clean, and the tours Khaled guides are from a locals heart and eyes.

Bonne surprise après une mauvaise surprise (localisation éloignée de Petra, environ 3-4 km). Nos hôtes se sont montrés chaleureux et nous ont préparé un excellent repas partagé avec les convives des autres chambrées.

La chambre est spacieuse est confortable, la climatisation est récente et fonctionnelle. Les sanitaires communs sont propres.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Merci à Wafa et Khaled pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le repas était délicieux, de très bon conseils pour la visite de Petra et malgré le froid exceptionnel nous avons eu un chauffage d'appoint.
J'espère qu'on aura l'occasion de revenir, gros bisous à vous et baby Elena 🥰

Un accueil très chaleureux. Un emplacement parfait pour visiter Petra loin des vagues de touristes. Une cuisine excellente et généreuse. Je recommande fortement ce logement et profiter des connaissances du propriétaire pour aménager votre séjour en Jordanie.

Polecam. Przede wszystkim jest Ciepła woda! Opcja zamówienia śniadania lub kolacji. 10 min autem od parkingu do Petry. My płaciliśmy 30 JD za noc - rodzina 4 osoby. Właściciel to uczciwy człowiek.

Très bonne cuisine, proprio très dispo, logement propre, typique. Si vous en avez l'occasion, n'Hésitez pas à faire la visite de Petra avec Khaled... une expérience enrichissante et intéressante. Merci pour tout
