Même si il est écrit produit officiel attention c'est des produits officiels sans sponsors (vous n'aurez donc pas la nom de la marque comme Adidas pour la juventus) attention par contre on ne s'en est pas rendu compte mais pas de ticket de caisse donné... espérons que la douane ne pose pas de problème pour ça.

this place is a total joke. 59 Euros for a fake AC milan shirt that been printed. DO NOT COME HERE. They are Fraudstars and robbers. Even if it says OFFICAL LISENCING FROM THE CLUB YOU WANT LIKE ETC AC MILAN BUT WONT HAVE THE ADIDAS LOGO. I only figured this out when I got back to my hotel, researched the shirt and found out it's fake. Asked for a refund but being heaps of muck there was a small sign that said no refund it "europe". only Changing the shirt. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY ARE GOING TO SCAM YOU.

This establishment is chaotic, with a staff that's incredibly impolite and unfriendly. After enduring a long, sweltering day in Rome, I found myself asked to relocate by a staff member within less than a minute of sitting just outside the store. I hadn't obstructed her entrance; I was merely in a corner of the street. It's essential to respect tourists since their patronage largely supports your business.

Horrifically marked up prices. Not worth your time. If you want slightly cheaper then there are some places in Rome that cost less but all of them are more expensive than the original sites.

The worst customer service I have ever seen.
The girl that’s working there started to use insulting words and shouting at us. This happened at 13:53 on Wednesday 28th December 22, in case someone what’s to open the camera. At the attached pictures you can see her doing offensive gestures. 😂 I’m shocked 🤯

When you dont buy anything, the guy calls you as a thief in front of everyone. Just a s***** store with a s***** owner.

Cappellino Ferrari venduto in negozio a 75€ mentre nello store ufficiale sta a 20€ con lo sconto(40€ prezzo di listino). Quasi il doppio del prezzo di listino, truffatori.

Che dire ora che leggo anche le esperienze dei altri non capisco come mai in questo negozio non viene un controllo. Ti vendono la roba dicendo che è un negozio ufficiale. Dopo io e la mia cugina ci siamo accorte che non c'è lo sponsor. Per dire io ho preso un pallone da calcio "quello ufficiale" e lo pagato 40 euro per poi trovarlo a Firenze per 15 euro. Non voglio allungarmi a raccontare la storia per come ci voleva fregare sui prezzi... (ieri era un altro prezzo oggi ho messo un altro prezzo parole del proprietario)

Würde am liebsten null Sterne vergeben, denn so viele wären angemessen. Sehr unfreundlicher Besitzer. Er lässt dem Kunden keine Zeit sich in Ruhe umzusehen. Wenn man nicht gleich etwas kauft, schreit er einen förmlich an! Bessser in einem Souvenirshop in der direkten Umgebung einkaufen!

A évitée absolument. Sens client 0. Produits en fait très douteux. A ce demander si ne devrait pas être signaler aux services des fraudes. Il n ya pas 0 sinon j aurais mis 0.

No son productos originales y además está muy caro la reventa.
La personas que atienden quieren que te lleves las cosas obligatoriamente. Una gorra cuesta €80 o €90 cuando en la Ferrari store o en Ferrari.con o en Puma cuesta €45.
Tratan muy mal a los clientes
El tipo que atiende se siente el dueño y ni si quiera lo es.
