Amazing network throughout Italy. Easy to navigate and get on and off. If you are foreigners like us, buy tickets online and use reserved business section. Can be crowded and if you don’t get any seats you can be standing. We reserved the seats and paid extra. They served us water and snacks in the train

You can find everything you need. On Friday, when we were there, they went on strike, so the journey home to Rome was unpleasant. Because almost all flights were cancelled.

We took the bullet train from Naples to Rome and back. Easy to board and disembark. Plenty of luggage room. Left and arrived on time. The snacks were a great touch. Would love to visit again soon.

My first railway experience. Station busy and well organized. Trains we're clean and comfortable. Rode several trains, my favourite was the bullet train( 297 km/ HR)

it's really big ... feels like at some small airports 😀😃 they have everything : clothes, perfume, toilets, car rent, tours to book, wine& lots of food... probably the best pizza (they have a great choice)I ever had in my life 😋

Not bad. There's foodcourt, cafes, shopping place inside. We visited more than 20 stations while travelling europe in 2 months, I think Rome Termini is still well managed

Despite the enormous number of people, it's rather easy to find your train. You're not allowed to go to the platform till the platform number of your train is displayed. At least it concerns high-speed trains.
There's a taxi point at the entrance to the station. But when we arrived to Rome late in the evening and wanted to take a taxi, there was a very long queue.

WHAT A DISASTER ! After 4 fabulous days in Rome ( our first trip to Europe ) our next stop was Florence for a day. Following the advice of our travel agent we were taking a Bullet Train from this train station which would take approx 1 hour 40 mins to make the 180 mile journey to Florence ( Firenze ) Train Station. My wife had pushed back against this plan because she felt we would be out of our depth at a huge train station in non-English speaking Italy. Our travel agent said that in her experience the staff at the Rome Train Terminal were very helpful to foreigners. I was pretty keen on the idea of riding on a high speed bullet train. DONE DEAL ! On Thurs, Sept 28th my wife and I toted our luggage from our apartment in Monti a few hundred yards to a cafe where we would be picked up by our reserved Uber at 8am. LOOKIN' GOOD ! The female Uber driver in a black Mercedes mini-van arrived right on time. TRAIN STATION ! We arrived here at 8.06am. There was something very intimidating about entering a huge foreign train station where hardly anyone spoke English and yet deep down hoping that everything will go to plan. With our luggage in tow we looked for an information booth so we could get to the right platform. NO PROB ! The first 2 info booths my wife approached were of little help...a quick fob off. After another couple of attempts we were finally told Platform 2...keeping in mind that the tickets on my wife's iPhone showed Bullet Train. We made it to Platform 2 and waited around for our bullet train which was due to depart just before 9am. In fact we saw a couple of red bullet trains coming and going right in front of us. At just before 9am we boarded the train on our platform and our journey to Florence began. A BIT SLOW ! For a train that was suppose to travel at 100 mph our train didn't seem to be going anywhere near that speed. DAAAAH ! Not that long after we left Rome Train Station we saw a ticket inspector making his rounds. When my wife showed him the train tickets on her iPhone he kind of grimaced and said we were on the wrong train....and a different train line altogether. We eventually found out that there are 2 train lines used by 4 different train companies operating between Rome and Florence. PAY UP ! So we had to double dip and pay again for this slow train to China...it would be a very boring 4 hour trip. We finally arrived at Florence Train Station around 1pm...more than 3 hours overdue. For a start we had to postpone a 2pm private guided tour of a number of museums incl the one which features Michelangelo's David statue until 3pm. No time to look around the shops of Florence....and we were beat up and hungry ! We took a taxi to the Hotel Berchielli hoping our luck would change !

Nice train station. Lots of places to eat and shop. It was located close to the hotel. The supermarket on the lower level is a good place to go to get Coke and snacks for a more than reasonable price. You should make it your first stop when you get to Rome.

Termini is quite a good train station. It has way more services I was expecting and unlike other stations around the world, it felt safe at all hours of the day and night I was there. There are ticket machines for Ítalo and Trenitalia everywhere and the staff and police all seem very helpful and customer care oriented. The station is busy for sure, but is clean and functions really well.

This place is fire!! I recommend just hang out in there, find a table and sit and just watch everything going on. Lots of people coming in and out. Good people watching! There’s also great food/drink options (fine prices) and shopping to. Literally we were there on vacation for a week and every day we sat in here for about 1-2 hours just watching everyone. It’s quite relaxing and so fun. Overall great terminal!

Termini Station in Rome is a transportation hub that connects travelers from all around the world. As someone who has visited this station multiple times, I can say with confidence that it is a clean and organized facility.

The cleanliness of Termini Station is impressive, considering the high volume of foot traffic that passes through it each day. The floors are regularly mopped, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the overall environment is spotless. This creates a pleasant atmosphere for travelers who are navigating their way through the station.

In addition to its cleanliness, Termini Station is also very well-organized. Signage is clear and easy to follow, and there are plenty of helpful staff members who can assist travelers with their questions and concerns. The station has a variety of amenities, including food vendors, newsstands, and currency exchange booths, which are all conveniently located throughout the facility.

Overall, I have always had a positive experience at Termini Station in Rome. Its cleanliness and organization make it a reliable and enjoyable transportation hub for travelers from all over the world. Access to all public transport in Rome - trains, buses, coaches, metro, tram. Cost of public tranport is excellent, recommend you buy tickets away from station as can be long queues. AND remember to self validate tickets!
Spacious and lots to see just in one spot but traffic is super busy.
