The service is extremely nice. They helped and explained about the tax refund with details. We will receive the tax refund to the account within 48 hours, but we will need to drop the stamped paperwork at the airport within 20 days; otherwise the refund will be revoked.

It doesnt sell all the clothes categories (for example you can find there belts but cant find there bikinis) but if you walk 10minutes theres another LV store which sells the rest

Service was top notch. We purchased a few bags and the staff was extremely helpful, and even served us light drinks while we were shopping. Only downside is they didn’t let us purchase as many things as we wanted.

Frederica was wonderful. She was very helpful and had no airs, and patiently showed us all the items we wanted to see. She also advised us on how to get tax refund at the airport quickly. It was lovely shopping with her.

I prefer this location over the main store in Rome due to less crowding (no lineups) and of course, because Noemi works here.
