beautiful place,calm and quiet,beyond of noise,and pollution.ideal place for honeymoon couple,complete rest and meditation.staffs are very helpful, cooperative, careful. foods are well served much better than any urban hotel in quality and quantity.owner mr.d.p.pradhan and mr.lama though a local teacher by profession, are very generous,tender in behaviour.its stands beside the river mahanadi khola,"khola"the local term means small hamlet.surrounded by hills,teagardens,five small rivers its attracts those who loves nature,adventure, photography.

This cam is located near Shivakhola bridge on the other bank of river. You need prior booking to stay here. You can also enjoy river rafting and birding here. Scenic view is very soothing and appealing. Nature lovers can find their souls here. Best and shortest way to reach here:- Siliguri to Rongtong, take a break at Diwan's hotel, then go right and uphill from Diwan's hotel, continue for 7-8km to reach Shivakhola bridge.
NB- A very famous Shiva temple is located here. Road condition is not so good , so drive cautiously and avoid this road during monsoon.
