It was a great experience of purchasing our new car 'Nexon Fearless plus s DT manual' on 4th of March 2024 from T C Motors, located at Rajarhat.

I have never visited another TATA showroom once I came T C Motors and meet with Mr. Goutam Manna. He explained the my desired car as well as price details very well and genuinely. Also he assured us to make the delivery of car on the decided date. On the other hand Mr. Rintu Jha handled the financial side for purchasing the car.

These two guys made my journey very smooth towards purchasing my desired car.

Also all the T C Motors staffs are very polite and egger to listen you. Even after selling the vehicle they maintain their after sale relationship with the customer as per my experience 😊.

I booked my car from TC Motors and they delivered it within 10 days which they promised. Special thanks to TL Apurba da and sales person avijit. Had an amazing experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. They guided me properly. The whole process of buying a car was easy and hassle free. Mr Subhadeep and Mr Subham guided me the whole way.

Good experience with very courteous staff. Arranged TD vehicle promptly. Special mention of Arnob who has a very good customer service attitude. Though delivery took a bit longer than expected but I think it was probably because of the year-end rush booking.

Overall felt privileged and was happy taking my new car tata tigor delivered by Attender Joy Biswas from TC motors.

We recently bought our first car from T.C. Motors, Rajarhat showroom and the overall experience was excellent, right from first day, to test drive, to the delivery of the car. Mr. Arnab, our sales executive from T.C Motors was cooperative, helpful and was always reachable. Also, Mr. Subhadeep was helpful and cooperative. I personally found that all the staffs of T.C. Finally got my car delivered. They delivered well before the mentioned waiting period. Now i hope i will interact with TC Motors again and once i do i will update.

Car has arrived at showroom well before time. Almost too excited for delivery which will be done post all formalities. Mr. Anup (Manager) and Mr.Avi (Best Sales Executive) had helped me do the PDI.

Update: 21st Jan 2022
Post our little issue with the service, the team of Mr.Anup immediately dispatched a whole team of people to get to the bottom of the issue. They sent over their senior rep with car for test drive. Mr.Avi Dey assisted me with all the queries and after that we booked the same on 13 dec. The team since then has been helping me with all the process and enquiry. Mr. Avi has been polite enough to even respond to me at late night with my query.
The finance team has Mr.Rintu, please seek his expertise when it comes to finance in TC motors. He infact has lot of connections with several banks.
Also Mr. Anup, the person leading this whole team of people had been courteous and helped me since first day. I am yet to get my car (21st Jan,2022) as the wait period is a bit long. But I hope the team delivers by February earliest.

Dec 11,2021Probably the worst experience.
Do not know how they have such high ratings.
Sat Dec 11, we went there for test drive and had the plan to book the car. Soham, one of the sales executive is very soft spoken over phone and that's why we felt it's a good place to check out before making any decision.
Before coming we had intimidated them we will come for test drive. But as it was a Saturday they were very busy which is understandable.but the staff attitude changed as soon as we sat down for price breakdown. The executive was either too lazy or just didn't care. When we contradicted them on insurance they changed 360. They had least interest in entertaining us and clearly said on our face of you do not take the insurance from us we cannot give you a. Any discount, b. Any accessories, c. Or the car we want.

Anyways long story short we dropped them and planned to consider other dealer. They are rude as hell to people who actually knows what to expect from a dealer. Definitely not recommended. But yes please feel free to opt for this if u want to feel humiliated. This was my first purchase of a car and never expected this attitude from a sales executive at a Tata Showroom.
