Union Bank of India - Camac Street Branch

I have been to many branches of UBI, but amazingly, this turned out to be one of the most amazing branch.

I went there to deposit cash as the adjacent e-lobby had malfunctioning machine. On asking, the agent calmly informed that it is indeed down and asked me to go to the counter for cash deposit.

The link of the bank was down and hence I was told to wait. While I was waiting, I noticed that all of them were having little chit chat, but, was constantly refreshing their computer, lest the connection resumes.

Once resumed, the officer at the counter called me and asked me to deposit the cash. The account balance, however, was updated after few hours.

On a whole, a satisfactory experience.

Staff are very helpful at Union Bank of India i word only say there should grow the bank more like Tie up with FP but apart from that everything is ok

The staff is so helpful and the office so clean and maintained. I'm so glad I came here to get my first account opened all by myself!! ( Had one more but it was all me signing and pa labouring) I had no clue whatsoever but they helped me out so well!!
