2. Ease. Door pickup and delivery. No need to go anywhere. Just make sure you have the document in envelop ready before bluedart pickup is arranged. Infact, I didnt have the document ready on first pickup attempt. So PEC rearranged the pickup. That is great customer service.
3. Professional and transparent. Each PEC employee I spoke to is highly professional in terms of communication and service. Each communication and notification was made timely via email. Discussion on phones were crisp and clear. You feel secured with such a professional company. They also keep commitment as informed initially.

The only suggestion to PEC would be not to send too many payment reminder emails and calls before the dispatch of documents.
