A very nice place to buy cycles of all types. The sales person was very humble and he explained to me the entire operations of the bike. All the accessories were explained and handed to me with warranty and all. They properly loaded the electric bycycle in my car.

They have a lot of options to choose from and deliver it to your house as well. Definitely recommend these folks!

This store contains a good collection of cycles. This contains brand like firefox and nightyone. Rates of cycles are same as online price bug you will get extra things here like key lock mudguard and special fitting of cycle. Staff are well behaved and good. Really like the store. Great place to purchase professional cycles like mtb, road, fat etc. After sales support is very good. Staffs are very polite and quite flexible to understand your requirements. Service is also very good and not so expensive also. Service personnel is professional enough and very good at troubleshooting the bike for non service repairs. Overall great place to get your bikes.

Good old bike store in Kolkata for quality bike and service . I got my first bike 11 years back from this shop , then upgraded to Trek in 2014 and now got a Giant Roam 2 for my son . There are lot of shops came and gone in Kolkata claiming game changer but this shop stood over the years to provide the product and support to bikers . I have had a couple of horrible experiences in Kolkata like fake MRP, hand written bill without tax still added the tax amount , bringing us to a store when they already knew they don’t have any hybrid bike to offer etc . I was very near to get it from New Delhi or Bangalore then I called the owner of Firefox store and got the thing we wanted. Thanks to UP cycles we have got decent discounts on MRP .
