Snow White Laundry Shop

I'm giving this place 5 stars for the following reasons:

1. Staff are courteous and thorough in their checks before accepting items for cleaning.

2. They don't make false promises just to get your business.

3. They are able to communicate in English for those who don't speak Tamil.

4. My order was ready for collection a good six hours before it was due and they called to inform me instead of me having to chase them for updates.

5. Cleaned clothes were packed professionally and neatly (see attached photos).

6. I paid extra as I needed the clothes urgently and at the time of dropping them off I thought they were a bit expensive but now I believe they are worth it. (I dropped off dirty clothes on Saturday morning and they were ready for collection by Monday midmorning.)

7. The quality of cleaning and ironing was truly impressive. My white vest that had become brownish with stains that various laundries in Bangalore couldn't get rid of, came back looking almost new (with a blueish tinge).

Good service. Owner is very prompt in attending your queries and concerns.
