They will not take-back /exchange product if you have wrongly selected it .....The Show-room Manager, John, is very rude and is not customer-friendly.......Kalki showroom - With the advent of e-Commerce & Online shopping where they are customer-friendly and exchange the product without any question .....I feel you need to learn the nuances of industry and feel that you cant survive for a long-time if you cant treat a customer like this
