It is headquarter of ramkrishna math and Ramkrishna mission.

Very peaceful environment. You can feel the presence of Divine power in the premises. With thakur's blessing we got Accommodation in the guest house 🏠.

Very good accommodation, good food. Stay on the bank of river. It is calm and quiet place, not a commercial one. Most of the rooms have 6 beds and attached toilets, but no hot water facility. Early morning sunrise can be enjoyed on the bank of the river. You can spend time in belur math which gives you peace of mind. A stay here will be refreshing one

Staying in a Math makes you realise that in spite of possessing all the minimum required things to live, you are always greedy to have more.. when human forgets the line between need and greed, he/she starts disturbing others.. being satisfied with what one has is the only key to happiness.. only then one can make others happy.
With mere mail communication, the manager of the math was kind enough to book my room for three days.. they have fixed timings of breakfast, lunch & dinner and expect their guests to follow simple rules of Math..

If want a peaceful life be there to enjoy.
Attend morning mangal arati and evening arti. It will be a life time experience.

Nice place. We lived 3 days here. Missing those days.....

Very neat and clean. Staff are also quite cooperative. Only issue is food. They say the food is coming from the Math and it's Prasad. But on the same day, I didn't find similar food in Math.

Awesome place to stay for family with cool, calm atmosphere. I am happy and thankful for all the staff​ for great service and clean rooms.

Belur math an abode of Divinity. Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Pujya Brahmananda Maharaj, Swami Vivekananda presence is palpably present. A must place to visit at least once in life time.

Belur math indian guest house is nice place to stay for 3 days along with the prasad served by them. It's really superb.
