South Shore Canopy Zipline

Had the best time (first time) in Roatán especially at South Shore Canopy Zipline. The only two things I wanted to do this trip was zip line✔and a see & hold a Sloth 🦥✔. I want to give a big thanks to Marlon and Josh who was our handlers. They were awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly. We had a lot of fun with them as they Made us feel totally secure and safe. Can’t wait to go back. Hope they are still there.❤

Captain Jack Sparrow and his crew were amazing! Definitely recommend this, guys. We went through royal caribbean.

The guides were fantastic!!!!! They are safety 1st but so much fun to take the tour with, they made everyone feel great.

One of the best Ziplines on the Island. Lots of long lines, and the guides were so nice and accommodating.

Amazing experience. Had. A blast. Everyone from start to finish was very helpful. The tour guide "T" was very friendly and knowledgeable. She stayed with us until the very end.
I loved how if a patron was afraid to go on the lines they would talk you through it and get you comfortable to go. And if you didn't want to go by yourself they would do it with you tandem style.
Very well run excursion. Would do it over and over again.

Did the “Ultimate Extreme Adventure Combo” with Royal Caribbean. It’s a great choice for some great thrills and views of Roatan.

The zip line component consists of 2 Superman style zip lines followed by 11 conventional zip lines, most around 500 feet but some up to 1000 feet in length. The tour guides ensure everyone is safe and comfortable with zip lining, even first-timers. Total time on the zip lines is about two hours depending on the size of your group.

The second component is about a mile walk through the forest, mostly downhill (along where the zip lines are) and across 7 suspension bridges up to 200 feet in length with a guide.

Would definitely recommend and do again

South Shore Adventures was amazing! The zuperman zip, along with the 16 others, as well as the nature walk made for the perfect excursion. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Will revisit again!

Highly recommend this excursion from our cruise ship. Super safe. The lines were exhilarating through the jungle. All the workers were nice and made sure you were safe. Great eco walk as well.

This was one of my favorite things to do in Roatan! We did the Eco walk and we loved the scenery, path, and suspension bridges. Our tour guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable! I definitely recommend stopping by if you're able!

This was My first time Ziplining and OMG I had a BLAST!!! It was a 12 Run Zipline which I was unaware of at the beginning but once I got into it I kept going and it was Soooo Much FUN! The guys running it are really encouraging and they help you face any fears you might have! They take really good care of you while you're up there! It was Absolutely Amazing!!! 💯

Lots and lots of zip lines! The "superman" is just two of them, but they are enough, and the dozen seated style are great! Fast professional and one after another after another, this was an amazing scenic adventure.

Awesome experience. Multiple long and fast runs. Well worth it. Willie was our guide. He was fun and enjoyed joking with us.

This is a thriller activity and is strenuous for us old people. Hit the gym a couple of weeks before you go and be ready to do some walking and stairs.

If you are bothered by heights then this might not be your jam.

The crew works hard for your safety, is efficient, and will boldly solicit tips for their entire crew. You may wish to have an ample supply of bills on hand.

Photos are discouraged, they will sell you an ample package of photos that they take for you and the price is not unreasonable.

High adventure fun! The full excursion takes about 3 1/2 hours.

Did the ecotour, the suspension bridges through the jungle. Very beautiful, our guide did an excellent job telling us about the different plants and how they are used for health and healing.

Marlin and Joshua were excellent guides. Always had our safety in mind! Lots of fun. Will zip again

Best zip lines ever! We booked this as a shore excursion from our cruise. They picked us up and drove us to the start/headquarters. First, we had a "flying" (prone) zip line across the entire valley. Fantastic! They picked us up from the end and drove us back to the start. Then we suited up for seven or eight "seated" zip lines, one after another, zig zagging back and forth down the valley. They picked us up once again and drove us to the start to unsuit and visit the gift shop. We had the option to get lunch there or take a walk through the jungle and over bridges (an "eco walk"). We chose to take the walk, but didn't find it as enriching as we hoped. After everything they drove us back to the dock.
No need to climb towers to get to the zip lines. Even my wife, with a wonky hip, managed it with no problem. You do need to be able to grip and lift yourself a bit to get hooked in and unhooked from the zip lines.

So well organized. Our flying team was fun and friendly. Bird calls at no extra charge
