Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort

Over all a good place to stay. It will be nice once it’s finished with construction that begins at 6:30 -7 am. If you’re on the ground floor the staff walking by is very loud and woke me up early each day. Walls are paper thin so you can hear full conversations happening in rooms far away. Room could use a microwave for the price. Good shower, air conditioning, and comfortable bed.

Infinity Bay has been a great hotel with repeated visits since 2016. Throughout these visits the property has maintained it's beauty and is now even expanding that beauty with a new pool and restaurant! The service has gotten much better over the past few years and has always been friendly. While checking in can be a slow process at times once the rooms are ready and you can enter them it's pure paradise. The dive shop on site is amazing and their staff unbeatable. Great equipment and boats and dive instructors and guides that know the reef in and out. Lindey can find you anything on any dive. Don't hesitate, book your stay and enjoy your time in paradise!

I spent a week at infinity bay with my family during the last week of January 2024.

Here are the pros:
1. First and foremost: the great snorkeling that can be done at this location.
You are directly located at the best snorkeling spot of the island.
No need to take a boat or a trip, just puts your fins and mask and swim toward the drop off (100 m from the shore) to see turtles, eagle rays, schools of surgeon fish, file fish, royal grammas and so on...
If you are not a good swimmer, buy a full face mask and bring your life jacket (you won't regret it).

I went to Henry Morgan in 2019 and we had to walk to infinity bay every morning to do great snorkeling.
If snorkeling and diving is your thing, do not think twice. The only other place where I had better snorkeling was at the great barrier reef in Australia (near Cairns).

Please do not think that you must be a good swimmer to enjoy this place, my 6 years old did her first snorkeling experience during this trip and she had a ton of fun. She was also able to play in the ocean without swimming shoes as the bottom of the sea is clean (only fine sand) for many meters before entering the reef.

Please note however that the rainy season may last until the end of January and the quality of the snorkeling will be depend of the weather. Fortunately, we only had sun during our week (with few windy days). Also considering that west bay is located at the west side of the island, it is protected from the high winds that can occur during this season.

2. The actual hotel:
The room are quite big and comfy and fully equipped. I was travelling with my dad who has diabetes and it was great to see that he could store is insulin in the fridge.
The room was equipped with a large safe and you can technically put a laptop or a lot of large items which is great.
Folks at the hotel are polite and helpful.

3. The food.
When we arrived, I was surprised by small dinning room and the limited number of choices (when compared hotel with large buffet where you can selfserve). That feeling has dissipated the first day as every single meal was good, tasteful and safe (nobody was sick during the trip). we had good fish, porc, ribs, steak, conch...everything was really good.
There is a great variety of drink and cocktail (by far the best pina colada I had over all the places I visited during my live). They had a selection of bottled beers that were excellent and the wine was also surprisingly good (again probably the best I had in an all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean).

Cons: Site construction (new pool)

Prior arriving we knew that the hotel was in renovation (with the construction of the new pool) and we were expecting some construction noise. During the day, we could see and hear the construction. For people expecting a highly quiet place I understand that you could be a little bit underwhelmed. On my side it was not a really negative elements as we were spending the entire day in the ocean but I did hear some complaints from other folks during our return to the airport (people unaware of the ongoing construction).

The last cons is the duration of my trip, I wish I could have stayed there for more than a week.
Despite the fact that there are tons of place to visit on earth, I can guarantee that it will not be my last time at Infinity bay.

We popped over from our cruise ship. It is an amazing place. Highly recommend the Silver all inclusive day pass. It will save you time and you can just focus on relaxing!

The beach water was so much warmer than the pool, if you are concerned about the water temperature.

There are a lot of construction, so have to go with a 4 star on location...but easily will be a 5 star whenever they finish up the work.

The kids can get a bit rowdy and noisy if you pull a string of bad luck like we did, but that is more an ineffective gentle parenting thing and can't be held against the establishment.

Roatan Infinity bay was amazing, just make sure bathrooms are accommodating for wheelchair users the shower was not accessible , I suggest put handle bars. Everything else in the resort was amazing I love infinity bay and the employees they are happy to help. I hope to come back again 💙🇭🇳 🏝

Booked a day pass on the same day our cruise ship arrived. Accommodated my family by picking us up from Port and returning us back as well. Amazing resort with great food and beautiful beach. We loved it. Security guard on beach looked out for belongings as we went diving and snorkeling and took water taxis to the west end. Would come back and stay at this resort for more days. Great hospitality from the locals!

We love staying here. Rooms are clean, pool is Beautiful and the beach right out front is perfect. This is paradise for us.

Nice place for an alll inclusive resort setting. Large pool with immediate access to the beach. On site Scuba shops, gym, spa and restaurant. As a local I would highly recommend this place for a place to relax and get away from it all.

My wife is picky so choosing this resort was a no brainer, the rooms are like a full apartment, kitchen fully equipped, ac very cold, the best part was the staff. From Bella, oscar, ana, carlos, david, maria, brayan , the best part of the trip were Douglas & Francisco at the bar , their comedy is like the headline of the night. You can actually see the regulars guest and guest really love them for their positive energy 🙏🏼

Very nice clean resort, they are adding another pool that should be ready for March 2024.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Breakfast is perfect with great variety of food. Dinner on the beach with spectacular sunsets most nights. And all the staff are super helpful and friendly.

This is definitely the spot to be if you want to be near the beach or pre-game before the night scene. The food is excellent and the staff makes you feel like your are home. Very nice there. It's close to evrything you need. You can walk the beach and visit other restaurants or walk to the food courts whichbare about 10 minutes away walking distance. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else when I go to Roatan.

This place was incredible. Beautiful and clean resort with beach access & the beach is very well taken care of! The food is delicious and the staff were incredible!
Great location for exploring outside the resort and quick water taxi rides over to downtown stores of West Bay.

We did a day pass and it was absolute perfection! The service was impeccable, the pool was gorgeous and the beach was crystal clear and very calm and inviting, I never wanted to get out. The security was on point and we did not get haggled at all at the resort but if we chose to buy something we could go left or right on the beach and shop from local vendors if we chose. I will always choose the resort when I visit Roatan. 5 stars hands down!!!

Infinity Bay is our happiest place. My wife and I have been to many islands, and to many highly rated resorts, but Infinity Bay, and the island of Roatan is by far our favorite.

The water is amazing and warm, the sand is soft and the people of this island are so welcoming and happy.

I can't think of anywhere rather be than with my wife and two boys at the edge of their infinity pool with Margarita's and Shirley Temple's.

If you love snorkeling and scuba this is your place. Clean, great staff and AMAZING location. Many rooms are equipped with cooking facilities and lots of great restaurants nearby so all inclusive option is not a must.

Great place, I’m just not into big resorts, enjoy visiting and beautiful accommodations. West Bay Beach is One of the top beaches on the world where you can walk a short distance to some great snorkeling at West Bay Wall and plenty of food options on property or short walking distance.

I visited this place as a shore excursion while on a cruise, so I can't speak for the rooms, but based on the amenities I used ie the pool, beach, and bar service, this place was phenomenal, I can only imagine how great the rooms are. They have security to keep the local pedaling away, however they can approach you while on or near the beach, but not on the property itself. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend it.

This place was way more than expected. We loved the place. We did the all inclusive and it was much more than we needed. The staff was fantastic. If we return to Roatan we will definitely come back!!
