Clarion Suites Roatan at Pineapple Villas

This place is great. The rooms are very clean and very neat. They have a restaurant that's also very good.

**The only negative thing I can say is that their Spa is gross. The men's spa is a disaster, the Jacuzzi is full of chlorine, doesn't work, the sauna is broken, the steam room**** SMELLS like MOLD****

Other than that, I would stay here again.

Awesome. I spent 4 night. The rooms smelled great. I was worried because it's an Island and sometimes the hotel rooms smell stuffy and humid. But not these rooms. They smelled great, the one bedroom Suite was super spacious.

Family friendly. It has several pools with waterfalls on the property and 1st floor suites get direct access to the pool and an adult could see the kids from the balcón.

The hotel, has a full service spa and two restaurants. Both restaurants were delicious. Served very abundantly and the food was really tasty.

Rooms: There was a dinning área, an Apple kitchen, there were three of us in the kitchen and there was still space to move around, there was a fridge, stove, large coffee maker. There were utensils, in another area there was washer and dryer and they left detergent. They have a large closet by the entry way with a iron and a board. The room was spacious with semi large closet. The bathroom inside the máster bedroom, it was clean nice design but if you have people over they go into the room, I don't have a problem with this. The TVs could have been a bit bigger, but I didnt spent a lot of time in the Suite and the time that I did it was to sleep.

Overall, it was not on the beach but the amenities, the peace, the service was wonderful. From the securities, to the front desk people, to the ladies who cleaned the room, every with a smile and service oriente attitude. If God permits it I would stay at this hotel with my family, 3 kids under 11.

If you want ro go to the beach rent a car, pay a taxi or the front desk people will set you up with reliable transportation

The rooms are spacious, have luxe appliances and furnishing. The whole hotel is beautifully designed, they have pools with waterfalls everywhere you go, all around an extremely relaxing environment. Staff is very nice and accomodating...we got great service from the reception, restaurants and drivers. We paid all inclusive and meals were excellent and portions were big. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to provide more free water bottles to guests, and offer an option for an all inclusive drink plan, maybe opening the bar at the main pool. Also, if they could open more free shuttle times to Big French Key, it'd be perfect. All in all, I would definitely return and recommend this place!

Very clean hotel with two restaurants on site. The price was reasonable and the location keeps you away from the central area of Coxen Hole.

Although it's right across the street from the solar plant the waterfalls in all 4 pools drown out the battery noise and road traffic quite nicely. Very secure development and lush beautiful landscaping. It is situated perfectly between the east end and west end so nothing is too far of a drive and within walking distance of Eldon's for all your groceries and liquor needs.

This is my second day here and it is perfect, clean, nice folks and informative. I rented a car and recommend you do the same because is super cheap. We paid 13 dollars a day but make SURE you insurance in the US cover you here; OTHERWISE, they stick another 10 US and force to buy insurance. The is not much traffic and the insurance companies are pocketing the money. In 2 days you can see the island. The pool on the property is fantastic and I got a room for 87 Dollars. I would not stay at the West End because is noisy at night. The prices in the RESTAURANT are a little higher than other places. The staff is OK, although some just watch TV and DO NOT pay much attentions to the clients. The market is about 2 blocks from the hotel and if you bring a foldable termo for ICE, you can refrigerate the basics. The place have lots of security and is super safe. Part is for rent and the other park to rent. In all, I say great if you rent your own car.

I've stayed there two times. Rooms are very nice, service is great. The main pool is beautiful and each building has its own pool as well. The food at the grill is excellent and fairly priced. The steakhouse food is excellent as well but more expensive than the bar (of course).

Great location with shuttle to/from ferry or airport. Great restaurants, lovely pools, super staff.

Great place to stay on the budget. Everything is clean, great pool, great staff. Pretty on the outside A/C works great.

Great place on a budget. All the stuff you need and the suites have a complete kitchen. If you are willing to cook while on vacations do your grocery shopping near the gas station. If you want to enjoy your vacation ask for the all inclusive option and they will give you coupons for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both restaurants are great, the Pineapple Grill is your breakfast option and Herby's will great for lunch and dinner. All the staff is friendly and will go the extra mile to help you feel welcome and have a great time.

Very nice suites. Ground floor units are great, patio backs right onto the pool. We're staying in 411. Staff are very helpful, friendly and always doing everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. Unit is very clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. Having the washer/dryer is such a bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. It's not on the beach but truthfully it's nicer than getting chewed by sandflies.

Great value; you can buy a day pass to the Big French Bay if you decide to be at the beach; you can pay with card; they provide internet there. DONT go to the Little French Key = 4x the price, no internet, cash ONLY; blasting music all day long.

12/21-12/20/21.. excellent service, friendly staff, even provided laundry detergent for the washing machine in our condo.. Planning next trip..Best private beach time at big frenh key need several days to enjoy all...the very best my 8 year old granddaughter loved hot water shower with excellent pressure.. just like in Kansas she says.

Great food and service will return again. Not far from our new home either, once it's built. Nice views as well as different entertainment options in the evenings.

Their staff is super friendly,great customer service. The restaurants have great food,great clean swimming pools. The room we got was super big,clean, washer & dryer a BIG PLUS!
