Argos Purley Way (Inside Sainsbury's)

While I was at Sainsburys, I discovered an Argos on the corner.
I love the location because it is convenient to pick up something when you shop at Sainsburys.
The staff there and friendly and very helpful.

I'm happy I came to this store when I did as some kids were still out of school and I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted answers to without the pressure of a queue of people behind me. I had the pleasure of talking with Curtis the manager on duty who had the patience to sort out all my problems with efficiency and interest and without hesitation. Absolute impeccable service at this location!

The staff at this branch bend over backwards to help you and are very courteous.
I had an issue today ordering a deal on-line that included four separate items but was unable to complete my reservation and use the offer price because of this. I visited the store and the manager kindly stepped in and guaranteed that I could get the missing items when they came back in stock and made a note of them on my receipt!

Best customer service I have experienced in my life.

Great store. Usually have everything in stock. Can get very busy at times and staff can be in short supply. If you need to return/exchange anything then get there early to avoid a long queue.

Yesterday I purchased a watch at the Streatham store. It needed a link taken out and I was near the Croydon Purley Way store 326 this morning.
I was greeted at the Jewellery counter by a lovely lady called Monica who very quickly took the link out. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes and there was no charge. Well done Argos.

This Argos is great. Always EXTREMELY quick, I always use the preorder and collect option. Free parking on site too. So much better than the Church street one and the Sutton branch, which are awful.
