Marks and Spencer

Have visited this branch many times over the years dating back to 1995 when I was still in school!
I have seen it change over the years, positively.
This branch is a decent size and has things for men, women, and the home. It has a generous food department and also has an in-house café serving hot and cold food and drinks.
This branch is well stocked and also has a click-and-collect counter located on the ground floor.

Very helpful staff at the tills in the food. Section, one lady always running around to help with the tills,
Very busy time for them , it would be better if they put more than one person to help out with the front as customers have to wait long time to get it corrected,
Very happy with overall services, food section is great!
Love the Croydon marks ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the final bastions of quality ( ... and in fact, any) high street retail in Croydon. Unlike many companies, M&S deserve credit as they still seem committed to being in the community, with a good network of local branchs.

Offering both department store and supermarket, this store has a great offering. Bright and clean, it is always pleasant to visit. The store features a cafe and customer toilets among other services. Additionally, the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Amazing staff in the food hall, especially Valerie & Judy. Well done ladies.

Spacious and clear from the entrance. Great products and value money. I got a Snickers for myself. Strong and comfortable.

I love Mark's and Spencer's the food is worth every penny.
The clothing and shoes range are not to bad. Homeware lovely.

I picked up some great products from the final reduction sales, for my grandchildren today.

This store is faultless! What a wonderful M&S. Very large store with all you need. The assortment in bedding is especially large, with a range of prices and styles. Having looked for sheets and have found quality flat sheets next to impossible to find, this store has five different types including one I exactly needed. Cafe is large, friendly, and clean. Nice big food hall too.

I love this store. The staff are great and it has everything you need. I will come to this store above any other for the simple fact that it has a dedicated baby changing area and breastfeeding area. It’s a shame no other stores do this in Croydon. A lot of my friends also shop a lot in M&S because of this

M&S please can you roll this out to your other stores

Excellent food court. Difficult to find inside the shopping centre, but worth a visit.

Really helpful and nice assistant's. Nice a variety of clothes. For men women children and babies. Lovely eating area where you can sit and take a break. Lovely stuff for the home to.but a little expensive.

A great place to find your clothing needs. Great for formal clothing, jumpers, trousers and Casual wear. Just make sure you have enough in your pocket lol.
Not only can you get clothing but you can buy tour groceries. Getting a bit tired?
Then relax at the cafe.

They helped me out exchanging a suit for a wedding while working with some difficult till restrictions.

A huge shop with wider range of clothings 👗, home and food options. At times you may not be able to spot staff on floor. If you find one they are willing to give you best service 🎩. Great location at the far end of whitgift shopping center.

Went to store not knowing what present to buy. An assistant was very helpful and gave me a couple of good ideas which I subsequently purchased.

Was served by Sayuri she’s was so helpful and had a lovely smile as soon I approached to her.

If you want good quality clothes go to Marks and Spencer they cost a little bit more than other shops but are well worth it.

I haven't been in M&S superstore for quite a few years, I wondered into the Croydon branch and was greeted with excellence, staff, environment and professionalism was second to non. I know not everyone has had a good experience reading other reviews, but personally mine was excellent. Thanks M&S Croydon.
