One of the larger stores in Croydon, with generous parking access and a huge selection for your everyday shop. The bakery is a great bonus too.

Just behind shell is the Lidl. Great place to shop groceries at great price. Comparing to the same stuffs from other store Lidl offers a good price. Love this place

Love the shopping experience always...I went shopping today 17.06.23...when came on the till a male customer stand very close to me...I hated it...I said something in Urdu and the cashier( he's a store manager also)heard it he understands Urdu also...so he asked that customer to move on the other side...that was very polite of him...after paying I said thanks to him specially for that gesture...I do not like men standing very close to me...makes me sick and uncomfortable...so that's 10/10 from me for Lidl staff...😊💜💞💗❤🧡🧡🧡💯💯

Best store for all kind of groceries.

All items are cheap when compared to other shops. In one place u can get all the groceries and vegetables, fruits.......

Busy Lidl. Usually well stocked on most lines, but if looking to get any of the weekly specials or offers it's recommended to go early. There are usually some good offers in-store & if using the Lidl app for available coupons. The middle aisles will often have a range of seasonal offers & lines with some well priced bargains, so always worth investigating.
Good range & quality of fresh fruit, vegetables & meat.
The checkout queues can get long, but the self-service POS tills help when only doing a smaller shop & does tend to be quick even when the store's very busy.

Better than Tesco Extra Purley , atleast Lidl got stock no matter what time you go. Especially eggs 😀.

Recent living cost crisis and higher inflation push Lidl to increase prices too but still better than other supermarkets.

Nice size, and needed. The staff were lovely and helpful. The monopoly is not just for the big guy's anymore. Other chains have come along with quality and a price suitable for everyone's pocket.

Good selection of products and great value for money

It's clean and tidy. Never spot mouldy or old food as it has happening often in other lidl's. Lots of parking space,well staffed. Bit crowdy on the weekends pick time

I had only visited the small one and there is a great deal of difference in this larger store. Range was great and prices what you would expect. 'Middle' had some interesting offers and tempted me into a couple of buys. It wasn't too crowded and people seemed to be socially distancing and masked, although I would maybe be more concerned if it had been busier as some of the aisles are very thin. All seemed tidy and stocks were good so I had an entertaining wander. Thanks Lidl.

For those who visit Croydon Islamic Centre (next door) every Friday can have free 1 hr 30 min parking.
Middle aisle (Middle of LIDL) offers new and attractive products at affordable prices. If you like something and then change your mind then think again, you are not going to find it next week. If it's gone it's gone.
Confectionary is fresh with an inviting smell that's hard to resist.
If you are visiting UK then this is a very good place to shop for gifts to take home.

Good place to shop. Food and items sell fast and is close to the town centre. It also has its own parking

Gave this place 5 stars, not because it's that much better than others, (though it was great that it had plenty of self checkouts), but because my mother dropped her scarf there, and when we went back after they had closed, some young members of staff who were saying their goodbyes outside, took the time to call security so they could go back in and get it for her. Wish I'd taken the name of the girl so I could pass on my appreciation to her manager. Lovely to see!
