Went in for some advice for my nintendo switch, the girl behind the counter was friendly but said there was nothing they could do. Then a young gentleman took a look, and within 5 minutes had the problem fixed while maintaining pleasant small talk. He is an absolute life saver- knowledgable, personable, and an absolute credit to your company He deserves a raise for his positive attitude and outstanding customer service! I wish I got his name, but hopefully the box of chocolates go some way to showing my immense gratitude! Thankyou!

Came to morden branch they didnt have enough cash to pay for my item i was selling so was told to come croydon

Came croydon they was low on money

However the manager and counter staff understood how far i came and managed to get it done

Invariably you can find what you're looking for. And you'll get exactly the quality you want as they have gradings.
I've found it best to actually walk into a shop rather than order online because you can actually see and feel what's available and make your selection from the one you like best.

Quick, great service and wide range of games. I bought a couple of Nintendo Switch games here as they were cheaper than in Ninendo store. I was always happy with them :)

Suleman best person to go to for help, takes his time witb sourcing you a product that you will like and fits your price range bracket and as well go out of his way to check the quality of the products before selling them. Good place to trade games , electronics and blu-ray discs. Staff are helpful and also let you know what's the best thing to do for the trade.

From my experience all was good here. Its a standard cex type shop, you could get a decent offer when buying a second hand game but like most game shops if you're looking to sell games you won't get much from it.

Always a nice place to pop by. Quality items, friendly staff. I am one of those customers who needs to check/have the DVDs for scratches.
A bit busy sometimes and the queue moves with the speed of a sleepy snail, but that's it, really. Cannot fault much. It is a second hand IT/games&co shop. It is exactly what it says on the "tin".

Great place to buy or sell games and accessories. There's also a strong collection of movies both old and new and of what you want isn't in-store, the shop assistants can help you through their online stock.

Went in to return an online order. Staff were attentive and quick service. Loads of items in display in store.

I've been visiting them quite often getting rid of a lot of old tech that's been in my loft and I must say they have the friendliest staff that I have one across in a retail environment!

Buying from here has never disappointed me. selling stuff can sometimes be a pain or not get as much money as you'd hope, but better then nothing at the end of the day!

Very kind people and they'll grind the disc you want so there isn't any fine scratches on it. The vouchers run out 2000 years from now so unless your super lucky they won't run out.
