Came in on Saturday to query about upgrading my phone, ended up doing so! Was assisted by a very helpful guy by the name of Mick, he was absolutely fantastic! My sister came & met me in the shop & he ended up sorting out her upgrade too! Looking forward to getting our new phones in the next few days!

Long story short: three weeks continues issue solving with customer service throughout phone haven't taken me anywhere. Went to this Clapham branch, and Sofia sorted my problem straight away. She was so professional and genuine. To be honest, this branch is really special, people there know their buissness.

Fantastic experience with Bazal. He was really helpful. During the visit I had to take a call from customer services to verify me as a customer. During the call the lady told me that she could get me a better deal than I could get with Bazal at the store. I declined and said I would prefer to deal with Bazal.
I dont think this is professional or good for your brand.
Bazal's customer service was excellent and I would rather pay that little bit extra for the service

Not impressed at EE customer service trying to take the business from the store.

Good service, polite and attentive to customers to the EE team in Clapham particularly Rahim, Nick, Marvin.

Great service at EE Clapham Junction. Was served by Hassan who was very, polite and knowledgeable. Ended up with some great deals on Apple products. Would recommend this store, staff are friendly and welcoming.

Abdul was so polite friendly and helpful and solved issues no one else had managed to do, out of several EE stores and multiple hours wasted on phone calls and he’d sorted everything in under 40mins! Definitely know where I’ll be going from now on!!!

Yesterday morning I went to this store as my phone screen broke and I knew I was due an upgrade soon. I arrived at the store and somebody greeted me straightaway took my enquiry and told me to wait for one of his colleagues. I was serviced by George and Michael who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I got me afantastic deal and a Galaxy watch 😁.

I came here to sort out a new phone after mine was unfortunately stolen. All i can say is Kieran went above and beyond to help me! He gave me all the options i had and helped me get set up with a new phone within an hour. It was the best customer service i have ever had. If you go here ask for Kieran!

Staff is friendly. If you are looking for parking options, I would recommend the Stop Shop parking which is 2 mins walk from the shop and cheap.

Hassan was amazing - very knowledgeable and patient as my issue took over 2.5 hours to resolve. Thank you!

Staff were very helpful and courteous. And while I was there, I witnessed them go above and beyond for many other customers, some of whom they knew by name. Not what I would usually expect in a large company.

Absolutely fantastic help. Spoke to Brad who he is really sound guy and he sorted me out with a good deal and helped me switch providers. Would recommend.
