I went a few weeks ago to EE peckham branchs my samsung phone stopped working. Emily advised me top notch excellent customer service, renewed my contract with new phone A54, understood my needs to get international calls and roaming access wherever i go in Europe, Hakeem did a nice gesture to get me a discounted charger and free screen protector. They are gemstones of Peckham.

This was a good experience. Staff were knowledgeable and curious. Was looked after by a friendly manager called Fred who was very efficient and informative. A great experience all round.

Brilliant shop and service from Carlos today, just an upgrade for a broken old phone, he was kind, professional and i felt valued and like my silly phone issues mattered, am very pleased with my phone and the experience of going into the shoo and being served was really smooth. Thankyou Carlos!

Shamzy helped me pick the right upgrade for me and after I made a mess of the disconnection process - sorted it out in store. He was also training a colleague and explaining each step of the way and set-up the device like a pro.

Real SAD I still am
I could not been there ON line and say hello TO ALL MY beautiful family in ITALY with HAPPY birthday TO MY niece and the worst i could not wish THEM MERRY Xmas, so at list YOU cancel MY contact, SO i am HAPPY. Next day i went to the shop and I returned THE EE Mini plus 2sim cards,,i AM HAPPY YOU cancelled MY direct debit. Thank-You very much for being honest.

Was little apprehensive visiting a high street EE shop as I couldn't be asked to face the hassle, especially when I realised there was a handful of people queueing.

I have to say, I am super happy with my experience. I've been promptly seen to by Has (I believe he is a manager there) and he sorted me with a new contract and a phone within 10minutes. The process couldn't be more straight forward! Hassle free and quick visit. I would highly recomend Has and his Team! Thank you!

The business manager Liz, was excellent in her customer service representation of the brand and passionate enough to persuade me to remain on EE.
