Quite a while ago I would pop into this shop for the occasional item. They were not too bad at the time. I have not been I'm for a long time. They seemed just slightly shifty. I recently returned to purchase gas. The sign pitied clearly said that it is a pay zone. After asking the person behind the counter if they do gas top up he responded, 'no its a payment' Therefore they are only receiving three star from me for lack of integrity.

I've decided to stop going here when I do parcels.

The owner is quite rude with swearing, (not at you but when talking) over charges me on parcels when something is a small parcel he wouldn't even check if it fits though eith royal mail guidelines. He'll do large parcel instead.. to get more money out of the customer.

Even if you do your own labels he would just automatically be rude as he's not making any money.. just be friendly to everyone it doesn't matter if they do their own labels, if something like the weight is less on the label, just get a pen and re write the weight. It's upto 2KG so it doesn't matter on the weight if it's a small or large parcel.

Waiting times can be ages. You would be waiting in line. No customers in and he would be in the back doing something and he would say hello just give me a mintue... I'm a paying customer why am I waiting 5 mintues for him to fix something or get stock. Unbelievable.

Arnold Post office is the best one yet. Friendly staff and they do the job correctly.

The man who works here is rude and arrogant i will not be using this to send any parcels he always trys to over charge you without even checking also sends you away when the pre printed lable wont scan even though it scans fine at another post office AVOID AT ALL COST
