My English is not very good, but if I could give 20 stars I would. The member of staff Jake was very good, and his manager Tina was friendly too. His service was perfect!

Jake at Three has been a God send for me this morning, he has transferred all my data to my new phone. Very personable very polite, lots of common sense. A great team here in Clapham Junction. Thanks so much for all your help. Shez the assistant manager has been very patient with me, I do get frustrated with the technology. He kept it nice and simple and talked me through it without complicating it.

Me and my daughter Kaceria came to sort out her phone, the young man named Ade was very patient, eloquent with his communication, and overall very helpful. Give that man a raise!

Brilliant service, Jake was great. I got a text asking how the service was and accidentally pressed 0, I meant to give ten. Would recommend!

I would like to thank Kyle for his excellent customer service. About one month ago I was due for an upgrade from Three. After the three contact centre was being robotic and not listening to my needs, I dropped into the Three store at Clapham Junction. Kyle was friendly and helpful and listened to my needs. He also assisted in the transfer of all my old data to my new phone. It is rare to find such a young, helpful, friendly person delivering a high standard of service. Also thank you Neil who is the manager of this store. He also assisted in helping me transfer my data across. He leads a good team there. Best wishes to you both!

What a brilliant experience at the Three store in Clapham with Ali. In getting my new phone my biggest issue was how to transfer information from my old phone. Ali very clearly and patiently explained what to do. However my mind was no less confused!!! I asked Ali if he could help me and with the same consistent sincere smile said he would.
Several days later I returned only to be greeted with the same patient, honest smile. His fluid competence as he fulfilled my request was inspiring. Certain points of the procedure I would of just given up and start crying. Ali however was a lesson in kindness and perseverance with a constant smile on his intelligent face. Within a short painless time I had a new phone and a new greater respect for the younger generation. Ali is such a fantastic example of intelligence, maturity, kindness and patience. For those given to any form of cruel prejudice Ali is the perfect answer to challenge and amend your prejudices.

Have just spent the past two hours in this shop with the brilliant assistant manager Kingston. I have had numerous problems with my phone and came In really upset and frustrated. He reassured me, helped me to solve the issues and then took the time to help me set up my new phone. Absolutely brilliant service and has really put my faith back in Three and their customer service. Thank you so much!

I am customer for over 13 years and this is the best 3 store in London. Just upgraded 2 days ago and I have to say people in this store were fantastic, all of the staff members wereceive so nice and smiling at all times. I always come to the store Manager Richard as everytime I come he treat me as his mother and he is very kind to me. Love this store and people working in there specially Richard the manager.

When you forget your objective of getting the cheapest deal because you are overwhelmed by such great customer service this validates the argument of kindness. I only went into the store to enquire but was immediately won over by the vibrant confident energy of the young staff members. From enquiry to signing a new phone contract staff member Ali was really beyond exemplary. The first thing that attracts you is his very calm kind demeanor flavoured with an impressive intelligence. All my uncertainties were gently addressed in a way comparable to a psychotherapy treatment. The stress of dealing with all the details of changing phones were brilliantly handled by an angelically patient Ali. It was a longer than planned day but I so enjoyed his company that it no longer mattered. As a young man Ali is so impressive and sincerely kind that I actually was inspired by him to ascend to his standards in terms of character. Ali assured me that he will help me complete my new phone experience and he did...
Without doubt a tremendous asset to the company and someone I would gladly employ in my future company.

I am a customer of 3 for many many years, I ordered my phone online and visited the shop in clapham to have it set up.I was met by iky from the shop. I just want to say he is an amazing guy truly the best service I have had from any three shop. He setup the phone for me on the day and also managed to sell me a Samsung tab. Which I am really enjoying using. If any 1 reading this review go and see iky from the shop. He will give you great service and is a very nice guy. I am now only going to visit this shop for all my phones in the future. Give this guy a pay rise.

Excellent customer service: Richard and his team have been extremely helpful to set us up with Home Broadband from visiting the store to up and running at home in 3 hours.

Ali and James were super helpful. My iPhone wasn’t charging right and it turns out the charging port needed a bit better of a cleaning that I gave it! Saved me a huge hassle. Thank you!!
