Upgraded my phone in store, and Georgiana was fantastic, helping me switch everything to my new device, and even helped sort out an issue with my tablet.
Her customer services skills were exemplary, and made the whole process feel personal, professional, and fun.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from the lovely lady named Geo. She gave me clear information about the products and sim offers that were available she had a lot of patience to explain everything clearly. She also drawed my attention to different products that I didn’t know I was interested in. I would 100% recommend her services to others. Thank you.

Visited on Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Returned first thing Sunday to get help with my switch from Virgin to O2. Kamar served me and was very efficient. Felt sorry for the staff as they clearly had a regular problem 'customer ' in the shop causing mischief and time wasting but they kept their cool and were polite to him.

The service in store from the young lady that served my wife and me was great, her name was Merve. Great service, very friendly and knew what she was talking about. First time i have been in a store lately and enjoyed the experience. Both my wife and me commented how pleasant an experience it was as we left the store.

The staff were amazing. I arrived just as the shop was closing but Charlotte and her colleagues stayed late to get everything sorted, going above and beyond what was needed. I was so grateful they were so friendly and helpful.

We were incredibly well looked after by Merve, she is an absolute credit to your company, professional service, friendly, helpful, everything you expect from customer service. The whole atmosphere of this shop was one of calm attentive and very knowledgeable advisers which made for a pleasant shopping experience.

After having a catastrophic week my phone screen went blank, I popped in and spoke with Sunil who I had a good old chin wag with and he managed to save me money on my bill and advise me about the phone. His helpfulness and calmess was greatly appreciated - more then words can say! Thanks Sunil :) I'll be back to upgrade soon!

WOW all staff's are with happy face 😔 warm welcoming customer and provide adequate support with excellent service that could reduce the cost of monthly payments and not only that after sell services impressed me with diversity.

We were served by Remmel, great customer service and attentiveness. He explored all our needs and did his best to get us good deals. I went with a friend who is with O2 and just due to this visit I am seriously considering changing mobile provider.

The staff here are excellent I spent a lot of time with Shannon this morning- have really got to grips with my phone now - endless patient with an older customer
