Very rude staff. I wanted to buy stamps but when i saw the price 15 £ i changed my mind and the blonde girl had a problem about it and she was asking questions why i want to put my card inside the terminal instead of give it to me

Astonished by how RUDE the staff was! The staff shouted to me “OUT ! OUT ! OUT”. The staff were absent during the opening hours but with the door UNLOCKED. Google showed this WHSmith closes at 9 pm on Sundays. I visited at around 6.30 pm but NO staff was there. Two customers before me wanted to buy something but were confused and left as no staff took the payment. I wanted to buy a magazine so waited in the shop. Abruptly I heard “OUT ! OUT ! OUT !”, the staff coming back and shouting. I argued “no signage was displayed to disallow customers to come in and the door was open”. The staff said there was an emergency. May I ask what was the emergency? Could that be an excuse for his neglect of the properties and possessions in the shop?

I consent to check the CCTV cameras to assist with the investigation of what happened between 6.30 pm and 7.00 pm on 27th August 2023.

When I asked what the difference was between two kinds of rolling papers, the cashier literally said "No, I'm not going to advise you". Isn't that his job thou? Rude and unhelpful.
