Argos Finchley Road (Inside Sainsbury's)

I have been here a few times to collect things I’ve ordered online and the people are super friendly. The lady this evening was super polite, efficient and professional. I didn’t have to wait long for her to locate my item and she even helped me put it in my bag. Will use this store again.

I had a great experience with a lovely lady called Nadeen. She was beyond helpful with my order and very polite. Usually the staff is quite helpful at this store and I am a regular customer so every time they are amazing

After looking at previous comments, I assume Argos replaced the staff here( at least for the night shift). I came here at 8 pm on a Tuesday night, and both staff members were extremely friendly/ professional. The black lady named Sophia(?) was exceptionally nice, probably the best I’ve ever seen in an Argos.

Stuff here are super nice, everyone is trying to help and solve the issue I got online. I'm very appreciated for their help.

I have only visited twice but both times served by Sonia, she is super enthusiastic about the service she offers and a definite go the extra mile person! Very thorough speedy service and even directed me straight to the item I needed in Saintsburys, now my go to Argos even though I have two others near me.

I order from this Argos all the time and always find the staff extremely helpful. Maybe I've been lucky and not had anything too difficult to sort out but I think this is a great local store which I will continue to use.

Bought something for collection and picked up from here. Was hassle free and extremely quick. Collections can use the fast track lane so there's no point buying things in-store.

I had an online issue with Argos and I was helped a lot by rania she was very kind, helpful and understanding.

I have recently had to go to Argos on a few occasions and have found that the location of the new store, being closer to Finchley road station inside the O2 centre is more ideal and easier to access with a car, than previously when it was closer to Swiss Cottage station further up on Finchley road.
The new benefits are:
Parking on site within O2 carpark if you are a driver this is more convenient then when there was a red route outside of the old store. Also if you spend £10 you can get free parking.
I also like that although there are fewer staff the waiting time is minimal and makes collecting items a lot easier.
The new Store is also easy to find within Sainsbury's as you enter it is to the left behind the tills and next to the kiosk; so easy to locate without having to go into Sainsbury's.
Step free access as carpark has no steps and if you enter via O2 centre then there is also a lift that can take you to Sainsburys; located on the lower ground floor.
