Very busy. No staff poor lady behind the till was about to give up ..she had long queue 😪 no staff on a Saturday h&m shame on you not employing more staff .surely big company like h&m can afford two or three more staff in a big & busy store ..it'll help your sale .

I love H&M especially for kids. The sale section looked like a battlefield, which put me off! The ladies in there were very helpful and the security man was very polite!

It always surprises me how many of these stores have one member of staff on a till, with a shop full of customers. Guys... lift up your head and open up another till.

The men's clothes aren't up to much, a bit smary but I like the shop and they let you browse.

Great shop, can find almost everything for my 8 year daughter and I love their recycle old clothing and get a £5voucher off
