Argos Wood Green

Last time I went to Argos in Wood Green to return my speaker I didn’t like the sound it was hard to return to me because nothing wrong with it but the girl was so kind and she exchanged with other one she made my day thank you so much her name was I vandra ❤

I went into the woodgreen store with my son who has autism . I was anxious as I needed to change his watch as it was faulty and my son didn't have his receipt.
I spoke to the manager ABSAR SARF and he not only reassured my son that he would help but he made him feel very comfortable. He found the receipt that the edgware branch had sent my son and assisted my son to exchange the faulty watch for a different watch.
He went above and beyond for my sonmade the whole experience stressfree.
What an absolute superstar .
He's a credit to argos.
Also Aly another member of staff who assisted us to exchange the watch after the manager helped my son was fantastic . He reassured my son and made the whole experience easy .
He is also an asset to Argos.

just been served at Argos wood green by a veery pleasant lady called Aurelija, she had a training badge on so assume she's quite new to this store, she was fantastic, polite, informative and exactly how all customer service employees should be, this country need more customer service training because it truly is abysmal not one here but in most of Europe. I live in LA and regularly visit Europe for work and America is hands down the GOAT for customer service, uk is nowhere near. Well done Aurelija, thank you !

I am more than happy to provide a 5/5 customer review of Manager Abdul at Argos Wood Green. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. I was impressed with how well-organized the store was, and how everything was displayed in a neat and tidy manner.

Manager Abdul went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, and that I was satisfied with my purchase. He patiently answered all of my questions, and even offered some helpful advice on which product would best suit my needs.

What stood out to me the most about Manager Abdul was his attention to detail. He made sure that my transaction went smoothly, and that I was able to complete my purchase without any issues. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store, and was able to provide me with a wealth of information that helped me make an informed decision.

In addition to his excellent customer service skills, Manager Abdul was also very friendly and personable. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, which made the shopping experience much more enjoyable.

Overall, I can't say enough good things about Manager Abdul at Argos Wood Green. He is an exceptional employee who truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I had a excellent customer service  during my recent visit to Argos
on 01/06/2023. I had bought Google Pixel Buds A-series a few months  earlier, but one of the headphones had stopped working, and I needed to exchange them. I am pleased to say that thanks to the efforts of your staff, this was a seamless experience.

I was served by Lilieth who provided me with an exceptional level of customer service. She was very friendly, approachable and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill in dealing with my exchange request. Lilieth was also incredibly helpful, explaining the available options for the exchange, and going out of her way to ensure that I had all the relevant information to make an informed decision.

Thank to Lilieth for her fantastic service, and I will not hesitate to recommend Argos to my friends and family in the future.

I ordered a dog cage to pick up and it was way too heavy for me to carry so Abdul instructed me to come to sound to the collection area and helped me load into the car. What amazing customer service. Thank you

Really helpful staff here. I accidentally paid for a single duvet rather than the double and I explained the situation to the lady at the desk. She swapped out the single duvet for a double one and just paid the difference. I also didn’t have to wait long which was a nice bonus. A great Argos!

I have had some bad experiences in Argos over the decades but it’s nice to see they have made a lovely turnaround. I was posing what I thought were difficult questions but Mr Ahmad(?) not sure of true name as we were all a bit jokey … was very helpful and problem quickly solved!

Sadly for the only Argos in local vicinity (over 3 miles distance to others) it was a bit depressing to see them so low in customers. Although this was mid week and I’m sure weekends makes all the difference as Wood Green High Road is a very busy hub-bub. Maybe difficult with parking and lugging heavy goods. But, again, staff pleasant attitude and helpful behaviours makes up for it all.

one of the unique and amazing customer care experiences ever received, I went to the wood green store where I normally go, to fix a problem with my fitbit, I was immediately welcomed by Daniel who immediately asked me how he could help me, after listening carefully he directed me to Lil, the wonderful Lil, she too listened to me carefully and immediately explained that unfortunately mine was a bit complicated case, yet she didn't give up .. she could say hello and make me go away yet, she asked me to wait for her I was very amazed by this woman's willingness to help me, she went to talk to store manager Abdul .. that finding that I was already a customer and having reviewed the problem gave me the possibility not only to change my item but to be able to upgrade by paying the difference and making sure that I was satisfied. I left the store with the wonderful feeling of having been heard and understood and the satisfaction of those who will surely go to buy from Argos wood green every time they can. This confirms to me that every big company is nothing without a qualified and passionate about customer care!

I was very impressed by the service my mother and I received yesterday. At least three members of staff made sure she was ok and went to get her a seat at different times as she was standing waiting. It was a lovely retail experience in these strange CoVid times. And the things she wanted were in stock. Well done Wood Green Argos.

One of the oldest business here in Wood Green. My quick buying things started here- check the online catalogue and just pick it up- of course you need to pay first.​ They have all sorts of house hold products, electronics and many things more. Its quite busy during the peak hour, can take your car at the back of the store for loading heavy goods.
Several times I had to return goods, and staff were helpful to return and refund.

I have to admit, this place has improved in service over the years. It hasn't been easy during covid times for anyone, but this place managed to stay open for browsing in store, and for click and collect. Really impressed by the way management have handled the situation. It always sends that everything is always in stock too.

Super efficient; in and out of the store with two purchases, all within 7 minutes on Saturday busy afternoon. Plus, the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't ask for more than that.

Espy and Absar delivered great customer service and helped me get my click and collect orders by going the extra mile. Many thanks.
