I have just popped into the Horton Cross garage as I noticed that one of my car headlamps had gone.
The 2 gentleman that were serving this evening around 2145 could not have been more helpful. They were both amazing. I was unsure which bulb to get. They new exactly which one it was
I was unable to get the bulb out and one of the gentleman took out the old bulb and put the new one in. I am so grateful for these 2 gentleman's support and kindness. Thank you so much

I would just like to express my Gratitude to Tony, whilst waiting to be rescued for 4 hours.... he went out of his way to make me feel safe, and let me loiter in the shop to keep warm, and kept an eye out for the taxi to take me home after my car was taken away.
He is a credit to you and the Shell Brand.
Such a lovely Man, the way he is with Customers is amazing, they love him.

Tony was so helpful today from the Ilminster station, my mums car run out of oil and we had no idea what to do, he helped us find the right oil and even checked to make sure we had done everything correctly. Absolute credit to the company and cannot thank him enough for his help!

Lovely range of staff. Great hot cheese and onion pasties, cooked fresh by 11am : they should bake more of them. Temperamental drinks machine: asked it for chocolate and it gave me hot milk. A step for shorter people to talk to the hatch at night would be nice . Some of us night owls are vertically compromised.

Really great food good coffee even though it from a machine. Staff are very civil, place was clean even the loos were spotless. Very pleased nice place to go for a coffee if you're passing. Keep it up guys!!

7th september 7.55pm. Hats off to the two lads working. Super friendly and polite staff. Stopped for the facilities and a pint of milk. Staff like this are a credit to the company, we would return because of their service.

Always clean and tidy both on the forecourt and in store. Service staff always very fast but friendly. Only thing I'd say is it's Shell, so fuel costs are often higher than other nearby stations.

I loved the new Shell Garage,.. a very friend women named Eileen served me, i hadnt seen her for a long while since the garage had been refurbished... she was very lovely and happy and the new garage seems tidy and very spacious... its worth a visit,.. with coffee machine and great snacks too :)

Good service, clean toilets, nice staff.
I wouldn't recommend the carrot cake, though, it was very dry.

I pretty much always fill up with fuel here. Always clean, polite staff and you rarely have to wait very long.

I fill up at this garage on a regular basis I find that the shop has all That I need and more, and the service is second to none.

It's a service station, all the expected things are there, it's clean and tidy with pleasant staff

Nice petrol station. A little bit pricy as serves the traffic on the A303.
