Ilminster Warehouse team have been amazing. We went in and seen a sofa we liked. Mark was brilliant he also let us price match it and in the end got the sofa at an even lower price. Delivery can’t be faulted they called us 30 mins before, arrived, unloaded and we’re done in 20mins. Fantastic service would definitely recommend and use them again.

They also said any problems to let them know which again I doubt you could fault.

We are so pleased with our sofa purchase.

What an amazing place, it is like a TARDIS, there is so much here and all at great prices, should you be wanting furniture or decorating to soft furnishing. Well worth a visit to see what is available.

We were looking for a tumble drier and found the very one for us...£20 cheaper than we could get it online. It was a 4kg driver so they put it in the back of the car for us and we brought it home. Very polite, well informed and friendly staff. We would shop there again.

A great shop to buy from, they all go the extra yard to ensure you have what you want when you need it, unlike many of the large chains now days. We like to support our local shops as much as possible and its a pleasure to do business with people who appreciate you as a customer and Ilminster Warehouse certainly do that.

Love shopping at Ilminster Warehouse. They have so many things you didn't know you needed from pegs and bins to walking stick furrules, jugs and strainers.
I have also got bedroom furniture and kitchen white goods there, plus many other things over the years.
Brilliant customer service and delivery options.
It's where I always go when I'm not sure what I'm looking for, because after wandering around I will always find something I needed.

Cheaper than online and better service too!

Ilminster Warehouse is always my first stop for household items. When I phoned they didn’t have any small tumble dryers so I ordered online from another retailer. Not a success! I went back to Ilminster Warehouse and asked them if they might be able to order a specific make and model. They were happy to oblige. It arrived within a week and cheaper than I had paid for my unsuccessful online order. Lesson learned – always support your local traders and they will always support you if they are able.

Jo and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting me with my DIY needs and sorted me out quickly and calmly - a most pleasant experience and I highly recommend The Ilminster Warehouse

I still have a chest of drawers and a wardrobe that I bought nearly 15 years ago and it still looks fabulous and is as sturdy as the day I bought it. Now I'm back living in the area I am going there tomorrow! Hopefully it is as great as I remember.
