Lots of very useful things in the shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great place to go if you need anything home or DIY related from a key cut to a hot water bottle, or a tea pot to a few screws to fix your fence.
There's also a great assortment of Christmas trees and decorations

What a fantastic shop! The staff take endless trouble to help and advise, and this morning fixed the frames of my glasses when an optician couldn't..They refused to accept payment! All done with efficiency and charm. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fantastic service, brought a glitter toilet seat,which no fault of theirs looked Like a slight defect that could only be seen once opened. Seriously the service confirmed why we love to buy local. I can not say enough good things about the friendly service we received to resolve it.

How they keep track of all their stock I'll never know, must have a super computer in the back somewhere. Have most things I ever need.

Proper old school hardware store, love it. If you need just a couple of nails or a tin of paint, no problems. Anything you want they have it or can get it. The staff are really helpful and informative about their products. A real gem in Ilminster town.

This really is the best type of hardware shop - TARDIS-like and stocking just about everything under the sun. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's really the heart of the town, well done guys!

Absolute godsend this shop. Well stocked, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If they don't have it they'll get it for you. Not overpriced too. I would rather buy here than go on-line or go to the usual major outlets.

A fantastic treasure trove of anything and everything for the home and garden from high quality cook wares to DIY around the home or garden and those bizarre thingy-ma-bobs you didn't know existed or knew you needed until you find it.

In a time when items are mass produced and generally of low quality but designed to meet a low price, here you can still find something that wont cause you to wince at the price tag and the better quality will leave you satisfied that a you actually got good value for money because it will outlast the cheaper counterparts you'll find elsewhere.

If your in the area, its worth a stop by even if its just to have a little inventorise, you might just find that thing you didn't know you were after!
