Costa Coffee

A great, easily accessible location just off the roundabout. It’s very accessible as everything is on one level. An absolute gem for a late afternoon coffee and snack! The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble ! Even though we arrived at 17.45pm, there was still a great selection of food and drinks to choose from. Obviously in the high holiday season, this may not be the case! The service was second to none and so lovely to have one’s order brought to the table! Our coffees were piping hot and so was our food! All delicious! Inside is spotless, with ample and spacious, comfortable seating to choose from.
The toilets are spotless and there is ample parking outside, as well as a “drive thru”. There is a covered outside, pleasant seating area, (again spotlessly clean). This is a dog friendly area, where you can also enjoy eating and drinking from Costa crockery etc, rather than take away paper cups etc. There is also a small grassy area that you can walk your dog if you need to. This is very handy if you’re on a long journey ! All in all… it’s the BEST Costa I’ve been to and I’ve certainly been to a few!!

Very convenient Costa with indoor seating as well as drive-through. Clean and tidy with some M&S sandwiches on the menu. Very helpful and polite staff made the early morning visit a pleasant experience. Thank you.

A pleasant little location that I visit very frequently and have always found the staff to be polite and friendly. It is conveniently located just off the A303 on the outskirts of Ilminster. There is ample parking and a spacious area inside for both eating and drinking.

Amazing coffee when we went as-well as great customer service we have alot of praise for the young girl working there she’s got her work cut out for her 😂

Been here a fair few times. Fairly decent place like any other costa one or 2 staff members are not the friendliest

Stopped in to charge the car. Used the click and serve while we were trying to connect the car. Coffees brought out quickly.

Charger is difficult to get onto because the cable is short on the CCS connector.

Busy, but staff produced 2 expertly made cortados quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Also pointed out that there was no loo roll in the ladies toilet and a staff member went straight to it with more. Wasn't expecting them to do that. Top notch!

A really good place to stop, especially if traveling on the A303 west or east ( just go all the way round the roundabout. Friendly, clean and tidy

We live close to this Costa 😊 We love our visits. All the staff are great. Some very young but so polite and even when I start my drive through order they recognise my voice and continue my order for me, love this personal touch. Thanks so much for making this awful situation a little something to make us smile and enjoy.

It's a Costa. A British company that pay their taxes in our country. If you drink in a Starbucks you are showing your absolute disdain for your country. On top of that the coffee is always exceptional.

Access in not well signed, have to go back on yourself if heading north. New drive through with small(ish) seating area. Very quick service. Nice choice of food.

really lovely friendly staff especially a young lady who went out of her way to insure that the mistake in my drink was corrected and she also took time to increase the size and made it extra nice for me even though they were quite busy. Thank you and I will be returning :)

Unfortunately the restaurant area was closed due to some maintenance work but the drive through was perfect and the staff were very professional and friendly - made us feel welcome

This is our go to Coffee place when taking a trip to Taunton or Exeter on the A303. It has a convenient drive through and a large car park. The drive through experience is easy and the ordering system is good. We often have the scrambled egg and mushrooms roll and coffee. But have also tried a coffee and a piece of chocolate brownie cake. The price is high but the quality of the product is good. The shelf is lowered down to you in your car so no personal contact is made or required. It is very covid safe.
Clean area to sit in your car and stare at the lovely camper Van's in the business opposite.

Stopped of in the way home from Cornwall, much needed Honeycomb Cappuccino. Staff were professional and friendly. Clearly marked out for social distancing, toilets also available and clean :-)

Popped in for a rest during a long motorcycle ride and found a tasty vegan breakfast roll, 😋. Had an espresso shot and carried on. Clean toilet and cheerful staff.

Lovely guy served me and my puppies got new hot chocolate and 2 pup cups (cup of cream) for my 🐶 🐶.
