Extremely kind and professional service! When I bought a 10£ bundle via the Vodafone app, I haven’t received any bundle, but my money were out of the account (possibly a system crush, who knows?). I talked over the phone with one of the Vodafone agents who was not able to solve my problem. I personally came in store and showed proof of payment; the manager Nico understood my situation and promised me a free bundle for the next month (since the 10£ were non refundable). Coming back after a month, they recommended me a contract in order to get more data and get rid of the bundles hustle. I accepted, but after establishing it, we realised that I cannot get back the free 10£ bundle. When I was just about to get disappointed, the manager proposed the great idea to refund the 10£ under the shape of an object, so he gave me a pair of earphones, which I really needed! The earphones were more expensive than the 10£ refund, so I also consider them a gift and a proof of professionalism. My unpleasant experience transformed into a wonderful surprise that made my day!

Very satisfied and pleased with the service I received at this store. I was assisted by Jonathan who was very kind and patient with me. He helped me choose the appropriate package for my UK sim card.

Highly recommend this store especially to those from abroad arriving in London via Gatwick. There is no Vodafone at the airport you can buy other sim cards of other operators but I personally stick to what I know and that's Vodafone :)

Just get on the Gatwick Express and you will get dropped off at Victoria station and in Victoria street you will find Vodafone it is very nearby to the Victoria Station.

Got two prepaid SIM cards for our Australian mobiles. Michael was so helpful to a couple of oldies, all we had to do back at our hotel was put the cards in and voila! The phones worked just like at home. So much easier than buying from Aldi or any phone shop. Thank you Michael.

I had a great experience in this shop. I have recently moved from Ireland to UK and was having trouble setting up my account not having a credit history long enough despite being a Vodafone customer for many years. Marek and his manager went above and beyond to help me solve the problem, they’ve been highly professional and I can’t thank them and recommend them enough!

Visited the store this month to get a data SIM to use while Vodafone fixed my home broadband (slowly). Marek and Nico were so helpful and knowledgeable about the process, they knew more than the second line support. After a frustrating hour on the phone with Vodafone support, they quickly offered me an alternative option which was easier and quicker. Can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond to fix a process not even related to their department.

I always experience a brilliant service whenever I go to Vodafone in Victoria St. Earlier today Nico the assistant manager went the extra mile to accommodate and execute my request for both a home WiFi and mobile contract. Always a pleasure to observe professionals go about their profession effectively with true passion for what they do.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I bought a 30 GB Sim for just 10£ and it worked great and was very sufficient for my 5 days trip to London

Had issue with my iPhone 7 was previously told my phone had internal hardware problems caused by battery overheating.and possibly could lose all my stored data.
Paid a visit to Vodafone Victoria Street and was seen by Jonathan, who very quickly insured could rectify the issue while I waited, 25 minutes in the shop my phone back to how it should be, with all data saved.
Good quick service, and so grateful.

Heather, the assistant store manager, helped me with a problem activating my new iPhone. It turned out that I received the incorrect account information from the Vodafone rep who sent me my iPhone, but Heather worked tenaciously to get our phone activated in no time. She truly went above and beyond to help a new Vodafone customer, who is also new to the UK. Thank you very much, Heather!

Lost my phone on St Patrick's day which did not have any contract or anything so needed a new phone. Even though it was late and they were closing, they helped me as much as they could to find a proper deal for me and set me up with a new phone. Very helpful staff, thank you very much

Excellent service, sometimes too many tourists visiting, which means there can be a queue, but hey ho!

Last week I was greeted with a friendly face named Badrul, I needed an upgrade and he understood my needs and helped me secure a decent tariff as I was on a different one previously and I was unhappy with it. If needed to go back for help I would definitely go to Badrul. Thank you Vodafone!!!

We arrived in Europe with no plan for our phones. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got a nice plan set up with our phones, and used it in England and France with very little problem.
