Great store right near Waterloo. Charles (Manager) & Ann went above and beyond for me helping me to print urgent documents for a visa appointment that day. It was a stressful situation and I am beyond thankful that they were there to save the day! …If they’re reading this the passport photo was requested and used in the appointment so luckily we were able to print…!

Honestly the nicest Rymans in all of London. I’ve visited plenty of the locations. It’s usually crowded, hard to navigate and the staff look like they are struggling with their situation. Not here! Clean, great large open space and most of all, the staff seem genuinely happy to work there and delighted to help shoppers.

I went to London for an event and I went to Ryman Stationery near waterloo station to get few printouts. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. I took the printouts and has come back again to get some pins . While I was there My scarf fell down and I did not realise it until late in the evening. I went back to the shop to check if it has fell down there at 8:30 pm yesterday night but the shop was closed. So I came back home and called the shop this morning to find out if they found the scarf. Luckily they found the scarf and stored it safe. When I rang back again to find out if they can send me the scarf via post, Anne suggested another method that they would post it to my nearest Ryman where I can get it from there. She was so helpful and I really appreciate her taking this initiative to post it to the nearest Ryman. Well done Anne for going extra mile to keep customer happy. I am really thankful to Anne for doing this to me as that scarf is really very important to me.

Had a lovely experience getting some printing done here. Anne was so lovely and helpful, she talked me through all my options and even called a different branch up to see if they could do something differently. Everyone at the shop was helpful and patient, would absolutely recommend!

I was fortunate to be served by both Ahmed and Vivianna and I can honestly say that they are both a credit to the store. Their customer service was outstanding.

I was helping a friend and needed to send a parcel urgently and this branch was the closest one. I was already stressed when I came to the shop because i was late for my appointment. But Ahmed (Ahmed Noor, if I remember correctly last name) and his shift partner a nice lady, was soooooo patient! I literally run out and came back to the store 3 times because we tried different boxes and none would fit. In the end we found a solution and all was send. I didn't see a hint that Ahmen was annoyed with my chaos and helped me to finish it all.

I came with a faulty Christmas toy and the Staff called Anne and Yaseen was so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve my problem. This was true customer service.

Very helpful and friendly when I had an issue with DHL and even called them for me. (Annie?)......was super helpful

Needed to send DHL parcel and Anne was super helpful and really nice. She helped me the day prior explaining how the whole process works and even helped me when I came back to double check if I put everything in the box. Highly recommend this branch if you need anything to be sent by DHL.
