Love this boots shop the staff are amazing there is one lady in particular Camilla who is normally on the counter near perfume she goes above and beyond and is so helpful and always has a smile on her face - Thank you always brighten my day

Excellent Service. Staff went above and beyond for me today. Rory is such a professional, confident and kind gentleman. His vibrant personality shines, keeping staff in high spirits and laughter while providing a quick and easy service on the pharmacy front. You can tell that colleagues love working there. Was also served by a lady called elaine who was amazing! Very highly recommended.

I see some comments upset regarding waiting times in the queues, i urge people to consider that pharmacy's can be an extremely busy place at points and that although you may be in a rush to get what you want sometimes you have to queue. Trust me if there is ever a wait, its worth the wait for the amazing service. 10/10 :)

I was served by a lovely employee, his name was Seamus I believe. He was quick to ask if I needed assistance and directed me to the right products I was looking for. His customer service was amazing and definitely made the entire shopping experience easy :))

Seen by Pharmacist Rory. I have seen this gentleman a coupe of times now and each time he has been superb, confident, reassuring and an absolute asset to the Store. At a time when , it's all but impossible to see a Dr or find some sound , sensible advice, he and his team are outstanding .

Camilla on the make up counter is absolutely fantastic! She is so knowledgeable about No 7 products and extremely helpful and friendly. Far better shopping experience than going into the big city store and they will order items to collect from local store if not stocked in Arnold.

Visit the pharmacy regular here. Staff are attentive and caring, always eager to help! Rory the pharmacist is always a helpful and professional. 5 star service and 5 star service!

The staff are always smiling and are happy to help! Sometimes it takes a little while to get served though but I think that's just because they're a little understaffed
