Absolutely fantastic staff! I was in a stressful situation where my at home e-sim transfer had failed and left me without a working phone.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, I believe it was Seema who helped me directly, I cannot commend the support, empathy and expertise that was shown more!

Very positive experience at EE in Moorgate, especially after trying to use another shop elsewhere in city.

I was greeted as soon as I was in the shop (the manager was doing this constantly while I was there), the staff were friendly and I got what I needed quickly. Restored my faith in EE after the online order got mixed up. I'll be back here for the upgrade!

Excellent staff! Excellent customer service! I have just gone to the shop after receiving the worse treatment possible in other EE shop -Angel, Islington- where my national identity card and my European driving license were rejected as a proof of identity (?!). In this shop in Moorgate, Ali helped me and in less than 5 minutes I got my duplicated SIM card. Well done! I totally recommend this shop.

Fantastic store with 3 great staff at the time of visiting (5.45pm on a Friday). Went in to get my sim changed from a micro sim to a nano sim and it was done in less than 10 minutes of me being in the store. Superb service and very polite staff.

The store also has lots of functioning handsets for you to use to get a feel of before deciding to purchase which is good. Great lighting in the store too and very tidy.

Great location being a 5 second walk from Mooregate underground station and good opening hours. 5/5.

Very friendly staff, unlike most of the EE shops. They got the right mix of "selling you" & "helping you".
