My local shop. Nearly always open. Usually has what you need.

Ideal corner shop,open most of the time,

28th Feb, Approx 7:30am, I entered the store, bought around £17 worth of food and returned home, only to discover I forgot to buy bread. So I returned to the store to buy the bread, only to be insulted by the scruffy looking, small middle aged IC1 Male who was working behind the counter, he was wearing glasses.

He mumbled something about £2, when I asked him to repeat what he had said he abruptly said "there's a £2 minimum charge to use your card" his attitude was appalling and unacceptable (which led to an argument). He told me to get out of the shop and shop somewhere else, he just about broke his neck sticking his stupid head through the counter shouting at me. I told him his customer service is outrageous.

I will NOT EVER go back in that shop, I have stayed away from that store for a long time due to another one of their staff who worked there last year, and as soon as I return I get into an argument with another one of their staff, where do you find these type of people and what are they doing behind a counter? Completely and totally disrespectful, a huge lack of quality in customer service, I'm going to be taking matters further with Premier themselves.

Awful customer service, from "some" of the staff at this store, bad attitude like they're on a street corner, I think the ones in question need to learn how to speak to their customers properly.

Terrible customer service.
