Up & Running Sevenoaks

I'm new to running and I needed some shoes. I really didn't want to buy online and a trip to a shop in central London was disappointing. The staff in this shop were very helpful and even though we thought we had a good match with the first pair of shoes, I ended up trying on anther few pair to make sure. They have a teadmill so you can try them out and video your feet to make sure what you need for your stride. Would buy again from them and recommend to others. :-)

Both myself and my husband had a gait test done. Very impressed. We both came away very happy. We now have the be best suitable running shoes for ourselves. We tried on 4 different pairs. Ran on the treadmill in them. We were in the shop an hour. Well worth it . Will be using
this shop more for our running needs.

I find the Sevenoaks Running shop to be the best shop I have found for running shoes. They find out as much information as they can about your requirements, distance you run, type of running and style, they will perform a gait analysis to check they have selected the correct shoe, they have a wide range and most sizes. As we are running club members we also get a discount. There are shops nearer to me but always go there first. Excellent service. Thank you

I'm not much of a runner. So I was pleasantly surprised when the sales assistant took time to understand my needs (I didn't even realise I had needs, but I do now) and sold me a sensible, reasonably-priced pair of trainers that do exactly what I want. He was clearly expert but wasn't showing off, just really helpful. A really good experience all round.

A serious store for runners. The 2 gentleman I talked are very knowledgeable about how the fit of every brand off shoe can effect your stride. They have a tread mill you walk on that has a video camera that records your stride. They then show you what they see and give useful recommendations. The store itself isn't big but I think they represent the best brands of running shoes and accessories.

Brilliant customer service. I tried on about 8 different pairs of running shoes, ran in 5 on the treadmill and ended up buying a pair of Brooks. They are superb and make running a lot more comfortable for my back. Great shop and staff, thank you.

This was the second time using this shop, the first time was over the phone and my shoes being posted out. Today I visited the shop,, I couldn't fault the service or the staff knowledge. Very thorough with helping me find the right shoes for running Hadrians Wall. In all it was worth the hour drive to get to the shop.
Thanks to all of the staff, I look forward to seeing you again before the London marathon.

Exceptional customer service- spent a good half hour with me finding me the right running trainers. Previously spent ages ordering shoes online which never fit right. I was fully gait tested on the treadmill and shown a whole price range of shoes which would be suitable for my running goals. Literally cannot fault the service here- even ordered in the colour I wanted! Independently owned store- I implore you to shop local here!

We have never visited this running emporium before but we are glad we did. Though we had not phoned ahead to make an appointment we were welcomed and made to feel at home.
My request for new running shoes was understood and examined.
John asked me to try some ‘neutral’ shoes and to run on his running machine from which he copied an assessment of exactly what my feet were doing. He then selected the better support shoe and I ran again! All seems to be well and he offered 10% discount to boot ( no pun intended).
So a great visit and a very satisfied customer.

Most welcoming and friendly service from patient and knowledgeable people who are passionate about running and equipping runners with the right gear. I and my family have all had full gait analysis done here on several occasions with consistently high standards of service and a good selection of well known brands. They find shoes that work well for you and help keep you running injury free. They also have a good selection of running apparel and accessories. Well worth a visit. I usually find parking on "The Drive" (2 hours free) which is a short walk away.

First time here. I felt very looked after and not rushed at all. I'm looking forward to all the PBs I'll get now with my snazzy new kicks!

Great shop, great staff. Had a really thorough and professional gait analysis... Tried on 4 different brands and they videoed me for each one until the perfect match was found. Can't recommend enough 10/10.

Honestly the best customer service I've ever received. All the staff were friendly and genuinely keen to help in any way they could (and with their vast knowledge it was really useful advice). Won't be going anywhere else for running shoes again.

Great customer service, took the time to check the shoes were the right ones for me through detailed gait analysis and a had variety of brands to try. Needless to say I'm very happy with my new shoes!

Handy running store with friendly staff and a good selection. Prices can sometimes be a bit high but it is possible to find some real deals aswell!
It is a great place to visit if you are just starting to get into running as the helpful staff will find the right shoe to match your pronation and running habits.
