Really sorry I'm doing you guys another review because I done one since 2023 I wanted to renew my review as we're now in the new year 2024 and new month march 2024 and yeah
I feel sorry that people opinions is making your star ratings drop
But sometimes is kind to respect other people's opinions
I went to marks and spencer cafe in sevenoaks today with my mum
There I had your brand new yummy easter chocolate cake you just putted out in your cafe and with it I had a lovely cup of tea
I was so brave asking one of your staff for my cup of tea I asked so nicely and in very kind way
I really liked coming to your cafe
Because why not because I needed a break from Costa Coffee and try different places every now and then
Hopefully this good review helps again

Because I really like going to your cafe each weekend with my mum and whoever is not too busy to take me to M&S cafe in Sevenoaks blights meadows car park
I do thank you for making my experience at M&S cafe so lovely as always and you do such a good job working at M&S cafe
You are very good at what you do
I think your cafe is getting popular over the years because I have seen more people going
I think the sunny weather helps too

Has a supermarket/food section!

Lived in Sevenoaks for nearly 2 years before finally going in M&S and turns it out had the Foodhall supermarket in the back the whole time.

Why they don’t have a sign on the outside of the building I’ll never know.

Tried adding it to google maps and got rejected…

Theres also a cafe upstairs which I successfully added to google maps but it seems like it only has starbucks-style food

We have visited this M&S a few times now and the cafe. The last time we ate, we were served by a lovely lady called Nellie. She was so accommodating and nothing was a problem. Even though visibly busy, and the baby chino for our daughter was already free of charge, she took the time to rinse and sterilise our daughters beaker so she could drink it fuss free and offered us to return it for it to be rinsed through so she could have water afterwards.
She informed us that we would get the cake free with our tea, with our sparks app. An offer that would’ve otherwise been missed.
The food as always, was lovely too.

Small when compared to other branches but nice. The only problem I have is M&S website and app needs updating because they do have a food hall and a bakery which is not mentioned in the app or website.

Fabulous cafe, nice space and great food. Can't argue with the value of the breakfast! :-)

Not much to say really apart from its M&S, of you have been to any before then you know what to expect. It is a large M&S and is well stocked normally, however they had sold out of the items I was looking for but we're happy to order the item there and then for a next day delivery to the store for me to pick up. Food in the supermarket section is good and again it is big so should have everything you need. However, personally I find their food a little expensive so would do my weekly shop in the other numerous supermarkets in Sevenoaks, however, M&S food is lovely so I will not mark them down because of my preference as their is no doubting the quality and taste of their food and customer service.

Excellent service in the cafe today. The staff were great and went out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs even though it was a very busy lunchtime service.

I love going to their cafe. It's very baby friendly, which is much welcome for a mother out in her own with a baby and in need of somewhere to have tea or lunch. The staff are friendly and one or two have been kind enough to help take my drink to a table while I push my baby in the pram, so really good customer service.

A very large store with a wide selection of items; looked quite pretty and inviting with the Christmas decorations. Staff are very friendly, and they have a lovely cafe on the second floor. The ladies' restroom was very clean and tidy, too.

Thank you to Joe B in the menswear department. We couldn't find what we were looking for and he was very helpful and found us exactly the right tops. Great, friendly customer service.

I can't wait till M&S begin delivering their food, as I'm disabled and unwell, so rarely ever get to the shops in person. Having said that, the staff were very helpful and friendly and offered me assistance, despite being with my carer. I would be very disappointed if this local M&S ever closed however as I know my mother really enjoys shopping there and having a meal in the cafe etc.

Linda at the checkout is the main reason why we shop there every weekend! So friendly and helpful. Other supermarkets are more convenient due to frequent difficulty parking but with such excellent customer service why would you go elsewhere?!

I have to say that the cafe at Sevenoaks is exceptionally good. This is due to the staff especially Lisa and Martin. Martin works part-time. He is a caring professional gentleman who looks after all the customers. Treating everyone with respect, humour and care.
I am a carer and I make a point of going to the cafe on the days Martin works to have a much needed break and a chat with Martin always makes me feel better.
My partner and I have meet other fans of Martin who all feel the same. .

Excellent service. Click and collect very easy. Food is lovely. My daughter loves M&S cafe 👍

Went in found what I needed nice and easy lady saw I was waiting so opened a till just for me so my first visit to this shop I was most pleased and impressed ... since iv been back and bought a beautiful jacket and scarf to go with a dress I think it's going to a lovely outfit the colours look so fan I think can't wait to wear it

An amazing place to go for shopping, personally i found it out some good quality shirts for an reasonable price!

they have a good range of men's shirts manufactured a high standard. Plus a very pleasant cafe with a good view.

Good selection of everything, gifts, clothes, and food. Very impressed by the size of the menswear selection. Not often that you have that much variety.
